19/09/2009 l'alloggio non è sicuramente di lusso, ma è accogliente e comodo.. per un gruppo numeroso è l'ideale avendo 5 stanze da letto, e 2 bagni.. l'unico difetto è che essendo al terzo piano in assenza di ascensore si fatica un pò ^^ specialmente con le valige,, ma ne vale comunque la pena :) buona permanenza! Important: Check in time from 2 pm till 9 pm. For late check in (after 9 pm) you have to pay an extra of 25 €. At your arrival you have to pay the amount which is indicated on the booking confirm plus 150 € as security deposit. This payment has to be done cash. The deposit will be given back to you at the moment of the check out and when you leave the keys.

It is a great apartment for groups of 10 or 12 friends. It is relatively close to the ramblas, about 4 minutes. It was very clean and equipped with various machines, such as hair dryer, coffee maker, washing machine, TV, DVD. The beds and linens were also very clean and in excellent condition. The only less positive point is the stairs because the elevator only works with a key that is not given to customers. But overall assessment is very positive.
