28/10/2010 Appartement spacieux. Cuisine appréciable. Pas très loin des transports en commum. Le seul reproche : un peu bruyant. En effet, malgré qu'il soit situé dans une rue peu passante, il y avait un bruit permanent et régulier assimilable à une porte qui claque (toutes les 10 minutes environ). 13/10/2010 Es un inmueble muy económico, en tal sentido no se pueden tener espectativas irreales, el lugar es justo como se ve en las fotos. Excelente oportunidad para quien quiere conocer Barcelona, pasear todo el día y llegar a ddormir. 24/05/2010 Muy contento. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que no escuchar el tráfico en pleno centro de Barcelona es un lujo. Lo único que eché de menos un poco de lavavajillas y hubiese fregado los platos. la ubicación perfecta (casi al ladito de la sagrada familia), con el metro cerca también. la zona muy tranquila, solo hay un bar en la misma calle. el apartamento es pequeñín pero para un finde en pareja es perfecto. yo vuelvo seguro!!
