The Apartments Villaroel Barcelona are only 5 minutes walk from the access to the underground line (Urgell), that takes you in 3 minutes to Plaça Catalunya, in the heart of the city. In Plaça Catalunya there are several buses, underground lines and trains (RENFE) linking to different sites inside the city and villages and towns surrounding the city. You can get walking to the Ramblas is about 20 minutes.
