Accommodation conditions

Important: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro Credit cards are accepted. Cancellations made less than 4 days before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with 50 % of the total reservation amount. In case of noshow the total reservation amount will be charged. When booking a non refundable deposit equivalent to 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged for eventual cancellations. A € 100 deposit will be demanded to compensate the owner for eventual damages of the apartments furniture. The mentioned deposit will be returned to the guest on the lat day of his stay after checking the apartment and its furniture. Reservations must be paid during the check in. Arrival time must be informed. Photos belong to different apartments.
