21/05/2010 Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der Hausmeister ist sehr nett. Die Lage war auch ganz gut mit der Metro war man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Man hat einen Balkon wo man schön essen konnte. Das Preisleistungsverh. ist auch gut gewesen. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Am besten für Pärchen und Familien 2 weitere Betten im anderen Zimmer zuverfügung stand. I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Going with your couple

Important: In case of cancellation within 1 week for the check in day or non show the first night will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit cards before the arrival date in order to guarantee all the reservations.The tourists need to have data valid credit card, because the hotel charged 30% of the total amount before arrival. The mentioned amount is not refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Guests are requested to contact the hotel by phone some hours previous to their arrival in Barcelona, so that one member of the staff wait for them at the apartment to supervise check-in and deliver the key. To make sure that everything works correctly it is important to send a mail in advance informing the estimated arrival time so that everything can be arranged to welcome guests properly. The photographs are generical and describe all the apartments but none of them in particular.Requested an initial deposit of € 100 to € 150 depending the apartment. Late check in (between 21:00 and 00:00) will result in a surcharge of 20 €. To check in after 00:00 must send an email to make arrangements.
