Problèmes d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain, ainsi que de chauffage dans la chambre double.
Les propriétaires ne sont pas très ponctuels mais se sont des gens sympathiques.
Vérifiez le mobilier en arrivant: chaises de la salle à manger "décollées". Le four ne fonctionne pas bien.
Emplacement formidable, pas loin des métros, quartier correct et bien situé.
Je le conseille pour une famille.

Lo stabile è fatiscente, ma l'appartamento è in ottimo stato fresco e gradevole, le dotazioni sono complete incluso rete WIFI, megadiscografia a disposizione TV e tutto per la cucina.
Unico neo l'aria condizionata non riesce a rinfrescare la seconda camera.
Raccomandiamo vivamente questo alloggio per chi voglia fermarsi più giorni.

I went with my wife and two daughters. Nice apartment in calm neighbourhood. Next to comercial areas and big square for kids to play. Thanks Roberto!
