Important: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. A guarantee deposit of 200 € is required. An additional of 40 € must be paid for cleaning. Pets are NOT allowed. Payment at the moment of check-in must be cash. Credit cards are not accepted. Check-in: 3 p.m.; after 9 p.m. there is an extra charge of 25€. Check-out: 10 a.m. Call once arrived in Barcelona to enter the floor.

It really was just what we needed. Ideal location. Plenty of shops nearby, easy access to local bars and eating places. Quiet too, which suited us. Ideal.
