Accommodation conditions
IMPORTANT: To check in from 13:00 to 23:00. Check in after 23:00 and before 1:00 are charged with an additional of 25 €. 1. Please when coming to check in notice that the elevator can only be used by 4 people (excluding baggage). In case of bigger groups, we would appreciate it very much if you let just one or two visitors do the check in upstairs and the rest remain waiting in the groundfloor. 2. If you arrive between 9:00 and 20:00 Mon-Fr or 9:00 and 18:00 in weekends make your way to our office. 3. During your check in you will:a) fill in our guest form,b) supply the payment c) provide us with your credit card details or leave a cash deposit of 150 € to cover any possible damage that the apartment or its contents might suffer during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage. d) receive your keys and a map with instructions of how to get to your apartment. 4. If you arrive before 13:00 and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and for the keys later on.
Location of accommodation:
The underground Diagonal is only 1 minute walk from the Apartments and it will take you to Plaça Catalunya in 5 minutes, or you can get walking in 15- 20 minutes. You can also get walking in about 20 minutes to the “Sagrada Familia”. From Plaça Catalunya you can get to the Airport by train (RENFE) or the Airbus.
