27/08/2009 Lo stabile è fatiscente, ma l'appartamento è in ottimo stato fresco e gradevole, le dotazioni sono complete incluso rete WIFI, megadiscografia a disposizione TV e tutto per la cucina. Unico neo l'aria condizionata non riesce a rinfrescare la seconda camera. Raccomandiamo vivamente questo alloggio per chi voglia fermarsi più giorni. 1. Your stay must be paid cash.
2. Standard Check in time: 15:00 to 20:00 (after 20:00h 25€ extra must be paid, and after 00:00h 50€ extra must be paid ). Different check in times can be arranged. Standard check out time: before 11:00h.
3. REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either present a valid credit card (nothing charged if no damage is done to the apartment) or pay 200€ cash (returned at end of stay if no damage is done to the apartment).
4. If less people than the original number confirmed for the reservation are coming, you must give 7 days notice in order to qualify for a discount. If there are more people than the previously confirmed there is an extra charge of 30€ per person, per night. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
5. The rented property, c/Cabestany 24, 2-3. Barcelona (08014), is a private apartment within a community of another private apartments. The RENTER agrees to indemnify the owner for any damage or loss to the property or its contents that occur during RENTER`s stay. Violation of occupancy limits (# of guests above) will result in forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. The RENTER agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity which interferes with the QUIET ENJOYMENT of its residents. The owner or his representative reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of the RENTER and guests for activity which disturbs the peace and quiet of the building`s other residents. The owner reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in the event of a home emergency. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the apartment.

Problèmes d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain, ainsi que de chauffage dans la chambre double. Les propriétaires ne sont pas très ponctuels mais se sont des gens sympathiques. Vérifiez le mobilier en arrivant: chaises de la salle à manger "décollées". Le four ne fonctionne pas bien. Emplacement formidable, pas loin des métros, quartier correct et bien situé. Je le conseille pour une famille.
