Important: All cancellations will be penalized with € 20.We accept credit cards 3% surcharge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before midday of the date of arrival or no show will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. Check-in and cleaning of welcome is a charge of 40 € if you have booked the whole apartment, 20 € if you have booked a room on arrival. Send us an email as soon as possible to arrange for arrival time and details of accommodation. You can also phone and leave a message if we can not take your call. In case of late check-in after 21:00 to visitors will be charged € 15 and € 20 after 23:00. Prior authorization is requested details of the credit card on the charge of one night. bonjour surprise en arrivant qu il fallait partager l appartement avec d autres personnes et cela n etait pas stipuler dans l annonce avant la reservation .nous etions deux coules d amis et nous ne sommes pas rester en plus le menage n etait pas fait a notre arrivée et ont nous a retenu quand meme le nettoyage .mauvais plan
