14/05/2012 Très déçue.Chambre minuscule donc limite pour 2 niveau espace et dans le noir toute la journée car donne sur une cour très sombre. Ménage très limite et les serviettes ne sont pas changées donc si on reste une semaine reste à savoir si les seviettes sont changées et le ménage fait.fermetures de la porte de la chambre très anciennes et ne ferme pas totalement, un carreau cassé. on entend tout car hotel avec des jeunes au dessous donc très très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit, on entend celui qui prend sa douche à côté. zéro en insonorisation. petit dej servi à 9h seulement donc si vous partez à 8h comme nous pour l'aéroport, pas de peitt dej et le proprio refuse de sevir avant. bref, super bien placé mais c'est tout. bien pour une très courte durée et surtout bien négocier la chambre avt pour ne pas se retrouver dans notre cas mm si nous avions payé plus cher que le prix d'autres chambres. 11/05/2012 Avantages : hotel très bien situé près du port et de Las Ramblas, métro à proximité, et réseau bus, dans le quartier GOTHIC..Totale indépendance : le gars très sympa te remet les clés de la maison, de l'appart, de la chambre. La salle d'eau, partagée, est impeccable...Critiques : ménage limite, conception des fermetures anciennes pas pratiques et très bruyantes. Etant seule, j'avais un lit confortable de 1.10 m, malheureusement le drap était fait pour un lit de 90. La couette était tâchée. Le petit déjeuner copieux n'est servi qu'à 9 heures. Le premier étage étant occupé par un Hotel, très fréquenté par des jeunes et des groupes, d'où soirées tardives bruyantes..En résumé : un endroit sympa pour quelques jours pour quelqu'un de pas.Trop difficile. 07/05/2012 La verdad es que te sientes acogido por el duño que es muy servicial, la habitación era muy pintoresca y muy acogedora. Lo que menos me ha gustado era el bajo con tuberías lentas (argggg) pero por lo demás genial. En dos o tres minutos estábamos en las Ramblas (METRO lICEU). Para ir un fin de semana genial, pero muchos días no lo aconsejaría. El desayuno que veís en las fotos está muy bien pero nosotros nos dejamos el zumo dos días y no nos cambiaron el sabor.
