This wonderful, urban Best Location, Better place Bed & Breakfast Barcelona is located in the Eixample, a safe and stylish part of Barcelona where most of the well-known 4 & 5 star hotels are located. The apartament, owned by the writer Martí Tusquets, is located in a typical 1890s historic building and has been decorated by two Catalan designers. The B&B has 5 airy double rooms and 1 single room sharing 3 complete bathrooms (1 bathroom for 2 rooms). All bedrooms and bathrooms have secure, individual door locks

Il b & b si trova in un'ottima posizione, tranquilla e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla rambla. Il gestore (Marco) è una persona piacevole e disponibile. L'ambiente è decisamente curato e soprattutto pulito nella sua essenzialità. Simpatica l'idea di servire la colazione o sulla terrazza oppure all'interno in una sala molto suggestiva.. Ideale per una vacanza dedicata a visitare la città..e soprattutto per i giovani che vogliono vivere la movida spagnola!

superbe appartement dans un vieil immeuble offrant 6 chambres. Une des chambres doubles est nettement plus grande que les autres mais située en façade. Trois salles de bain d'époque, une cuisine, un adorable petit salon et une véranda où l'on peut prendre le petit déjeuner, tout est décoré avec goût. Un accueil à la fois discret et chaleureux. Seul bémol en été: pas d'air conditionné.

Man fühlt sich, als ob man in BCN privat wohnen würde. Dennoch läuft man den anderen Mitbewohnern sehr selten über den Weg, da wohl seinen eigenen Tagesablauf hat. Die Leute nehmen sehr viel Rücksicht aufeinander. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist mit einer Mischung aus Jahrhundertwende und Multikulti ausstaffiert und sehr gemütlich. Einfach genauso, wie man es auf den I-Net Fotos sieht. Die Betreuung durch Marco und sein liebevoll präsentiertes Frühstück (frisches Weissbrot, Butter, div. Marmeladen, Saft, Kaffee, Tee...)hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort logieren.
