Un posticino davvero carino, ideale per alloggiarci con il proprio partner! Posizione strategica da cui si può davvero raggiungere tutto a piedi in 5 minuti, è praticamente sulla rambla e vicinissimo ad una delle fermate della metropolitana più utili (Liceu). Il quartiere è uno dei più malfamati, per cui bisogna stare un po' attenti! Il gestore è molto discreto e gentile, la colazione buona anche se non abbondante come siamo abituati noi italiani e le camere sono pulite (al vostro arrivo! durante la permanenza non vengono toccate!) e tenute bene, anche se alcune sono molto piccole, nei bagni manca il bidè ed i muri sono di cartapesta. Io ci tornerei!

Très bon accueil. Ambiance kitch et sympathique même si c'est un peu vieillot. Chambre très spacieuse. Très bonne situation géographique près des Ramblas, métro, petites boutiques, bars, resto et épiceries dans le Bari Gothic. Boules Kies (stop bruits) indispensables pour dormir car c'est très bruyant la nuit. Petit déj correct, préparé dans un plateau et déposé devant l'entrée de la chambre dans des thermos pour rester bien chaud. Salle de bain et toilette dans la chambre et aucun problème d'eau chaude.
N'hésitez pas à y aller.

la persona che ci riceve molto disponibile ci siamo trovati bene situato nel cuore della vecchia Barcellona

Alloggio ideale per vivere la città a piedi e gustare il vero stile di vita barcelloneta.
A due passi dalla rambla e dal mare, nel vero cuore del Barrio gotico.
Comodissimo per fare acquisti di qualsiasi genere, dagli alimentari ai souvenir.

sono stata con il mio fidanzato per il fine settimana, la posizione è meravigliosa perfetta per girare la città, in un attimo si arriva alla metro di liceu (e la metro offre veramente un ottimo servizio), a due passi dalla rambla e dal porto che è altrettanto fantastico. noi siamo stati solo 3 giorni le stanze si sono piccole e un po strane a primo impatto ma nei giorni del nostro soggiorno non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno eppure era pieno, c'è silenzio e discrezione, cura ai dettagli cosa straordinaria la colazione portata fuori dalla stanza (abbondante e di ottima qualità), e la gentilezza del titolare, siamo stati veramente bene. lo consigliamo a tutti i giovani e meno giovani che vogliono passare un week-end con il proprio partner. etnico-spartano ma veramente romantico. buone vacanze noi torneremo sicuramente anche perche i prezzi sono più che giusti!!!

Trovo il posto molto romantico e, soprattutto al centro della città: si possono raggiungere i maggiori luoghi d'interesse in pochissimo tempo anche a piedi. Certo, se vi aspettate colazioni da hotel a cinque stelle non è il posto giusto per voi... L'unico particolare che mi ha un po' disturbato è stato il bagno, ma nel complesso è veramente un bed&breakfast curato e ben arredato e il proprietario è molto disponibile!

Il B&B è molto carino. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questi pochi giorni e grazie alla posizione centrale, abbiamo potuto raggiungere molti posti anche a piedi.
In prossimità del B&B abbiamo potuto trovare tanti ristoranti, bar e negozi.

On a passer un très bon moment dans cet appartement romantique. Un acceuil très sympa, l'appartment et très bien situé. La seule chose qu'on pouvait améliorer est la salle de bains qui est un peu vieux (surtout la douche...).

B & B Barcelona Loves you is in a very good location on Carrer Avinyo, in the heart of the Barri Gotic region. You are close to great restaurants and bars and also near to the lively hip Raval region and within walking distance of the Marina and the sea. The room was stunning with mosiac tiles on the floor, it had a Moroccan feel to it. The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly. All areas very clean and we had a private ensuite bathroom, with powerful shower. Breakfast was served in the morning and was simple but lovely from 9 am to 11 am, maybe late for some but was perfect for us as we stayed out quite late to experience the famous Barcelona nightlife. I would highly recommend this B & B. The only thing I can complain about is that it was a little noisy at night, so woke up a few times.

Anche se la scala interna è un pochino sui generis il posto è molto grazioso ma le stanze sono piccoline e la mobilia è autocostruita. L'ultimo giorno è mancata l'acqua ed abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci un po. Del resto è un bed and breakfast, ma dalle foto sembrava meglio.
Posizione ottima, nel pieno centro del barrio Gotico (in una delle viuzze principali) da cui facilmente ti sposti ovunque tramite la stazione metro Liceu sulla Rambla a 200m. Personale molto gentile ma dai tempi 'spagnoli' : colazione alle 10 e per di piu' la mattina della partenza non ci ha fatto trovare la colazione che avevamo pagato.

Nette rustikale Unterkunft, mit sehr kreativen Einrichtungsideen. Für alle die nicht zu hohe Ansprüche haben ideal. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Bei Reisen im Winter empfiehlt es sich einen dicken Pyjama mit zu nehmen, da die Fenster etwas zugig waren und somit die Raumtemperatur trotz Heizung nicht undbedingt die höchste.
Alles in allem aber eine klasse Unterkunft.

Fantastico B&B en pleno barrio gótico. Recomiendo comer en el restaurante que hay justo abajo. Es una pasada que te dejen el desayuno en la puerta de la habitación (buen desayuno, por cierto), y la atención por parte de Gastón, más que correcta, que incluye algún consejo para moverse por la ciudad. Gracias por esta experiencia.

l'appartamento è gradevole, sia per i colori che per l'arredo. è situato in una posizione comoda per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico a piedi. l'unica cosa un pò carente è la prima colazione e la quantità di asciugamani (due teli bagno e una asciugamano in due persone). probabilmente queste mie critiche sono legate al fatto che io gestisco un piccolo bed and breakfast presso la mia abitazione in sicilia e normalmente prevedo tre asciugamani a persona e una colazione molto molto ricca.
preciso comunque che sono stata bene, che l'appartamento è opportunamente riscaldato per l'inverno e dotato di aria condizionata per l'estate, e che se dovessi tornare a barcellona avrei piacere di soggiornare nuovamente in questo posto. ciao ai gestori, sara e bruno

La posizione è impeccabile, quartiere rumoroso ma è il prezzo da pagare per dormire nel Barrio Gotico, la stanza molto carina, sicuramente caratteristica negli arredi e nelle finiture, l'unico neo è che non ci era stato segnalato che lo stabile era un cantiere aperto, polvere, calcinacci etc... Rigidità sugli orari per la colazione, avremmo voluto anticipare ma ci è stato detto che da regolamento non l'avrebbero servita prima delle 9.00. Nel complesso soddisfacente, non abbiamo avuto la ricevuta di pagamento del saldo. Grazie comunque per l'ospitalità.

se vi piacciono gli alberghi "full optional" lasciate stare. qui c'e' tutto, ma ricorda tantissimo le stanze reali di una volta. è stupendo, nel pieno della zona pedonale gotica al riparo della rambla ma vicino pochi minuti a piedi. perfetto se amate le atmosfere gotiche e un pò darkeggianti, l'ingresso lascia un pò perplessi per quanto siamo abituati alla pubblicità sbandierata, ma una volta chiuso il portone alle spalle si respira un'aria d'altri tempi assolutamente impagabile!

Posizione tattica, vicino alle Ramblas (ma defilato rispetto al loro caos), alla metropolitana (fermata Liceu) e a Placa de Catalunya.
Appartamento sistemato da poco, camera singola di dimensioni piu' che ragionevoli, ma palazzo un po' vecchio, che necessiterebbe di lavori un po' piu' "radicali" che una pittata alle pareti (vedi tubature dell'acqua rumorose, infissi delle finestre da cambiare).
Silenzioso e tranquillo, ottimo servizio (colazione personale ogni mattina) ed estrema disponibilita' del proprietario.
Ideale come punto base (lavarsi e dormire) per weekend in citta'.

Lo único que faltaba era la consigna para dejar las maletas. Pero Gaston muy amable nos ofreció dejarlas en el hostal en vez de en el apartamento.
Lo peor : la página clickbed tiene errores y nos alquiló el hostal que ya estaba ocupado, pero Gaston siempre tan eficaz, nos ofreció un apartamento muy chulo que tienen en barceloneta-

A nice location close to the Sea.The appartment was okay. The only thing is that it is a rather noisy place.
The French neighbours had a party one night, that started at 12 o'clock in the night wich costed me a night sleep.
At 9.00 o'clock in the morning other people were rebuilding the appartment. Again a lot of noise.
