Accueil très chaleureux. Isabella est charmante : elle est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes qu'elle reçoit chez elle comme des amis. Très bonne literies, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité, appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien situé (à environ 8 min à pied de la Sagrada). Dommage que l'immeuble n'ait pas d'ascenseur (3ème étage). Nath et Olivier

Zentrale Lage, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen. Wir belegten beide Doppelzimmer, so war das gemeinsame Bad kein Problem. Dank Doppelfenster und Klimaanlage war schlafen an verkehrsreicher Strasse gut möglich. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Vermieterin immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück ok.

4ème étage sans ascenseur
les WC et la salle de bains sont dans la même pièce, ce qui peut causer des problèmes si les occupants des 2 chambres ne se connaissent pas.

Some features:
- Very good location (but aware the stairs to 4th floor!)
- Friendly landlady
- Breakfast simple (tea from microwave...) in not too clean kitchen
- Only 2 rooms so quite private

Très bien situé et à proximité de tout à barcelone, mais au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, deux chambres chez l'habitant. Literie très confortable. Isabel est sympathique et très accueillante et saura vous renseigner.

Hébergement bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied de la plaza cataluna. Pratique aussi si vous arrivez par le train (gare san estacio).
Isabel parle français et nous a bien accueillis.
Les chambres donnent sur l'avenue Diagonal plutôt bruyante donc si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, cela peut être un critère à ne pas négliger.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies.
La châmbre est très agréàble et correspond parfaîtement aux photos et à la déscription.
C´est situé dans un beau quartier,calme et bien situé par rapport aux transports.
Idéal pour quelques jours de vacances!

Vraiment nôtre séjour à était parfait.Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
Châmbre très grande,même àvec un petit salon et l´acceill impecable.
On à une salle à déjeuner avec un frigideur,café Nespresso et tout ce qu´il faut pour se
servir soi même,sans horaires.
Aussi on peu faire les courses et improviser un souper
A une minute de la Pedrera il est situé dans le centre et avec toutes les lignes de metro bien proches.
Recomendation: pour passer une semaine en couple et connaître la ville de Barcelone.
