Emplacement idéal. aucun petit déjeuner servi sur les 3 jours passés. Chambre spartiate, une pouvelle, une lampe de chevet pourraient être des ajouts utiles. Appartement agréable mais mal entretenu. Toutefois, nous recommandons ce b& b pour de courts séjours pour son rapport qualité prix et son emplacement.

La ubicación inmejorable. La zona es segura, muy bien comunicada, ideal para pasar unos dias. Facilidades del check out, no son estrictos en ese aspecto..Lo malo, no hay ascensor, falta un poco de limpieza sobre todo en el baño..El desayuno perfecto para reponer fuerzas.

Es como estar en casa, se puede ir en pareja o con un grupo de amigos (6 máximo)..Muy agradable y la atención también..Está en una calle pequeña, maja, del barrio gótico muy bien comunicada.

Me llevo alojando ahí tres veces, es una pasada sobre todo la habitación del Tatami, he ido en pareja y con una amiga, y es perfecto para salir de fiesta y estar a dos pasos de casa ó el hecho que no te presionan para que el check out sea a las 12, de normal te dejan hasta que tengas tu vuelo ó tren...Desayuno? dura toda la mañana da igual cuando te levantes que esta puesto sobre la mesa y bien bonito. ..Lo único negativo es la habitación del tatami se oye mucho lo que pasa por la casa porque tiene puertas de tela escurridizas y la calle en fin de semana se oye bastante, pero debe de ser lo normal en Barna. ..Para Joaquín un 10, chico súper enrollado. (el chico que te atiende en todo)

Un appartement assez design et vraiment très bien situé, en plein coeur de Barcelone!! Propreté irréprochable et accueil agréable! Un prix très attractif! Seul bémol une chambre assez spartiate où l'on aurait aimé trouver une poubelle, une lampe de chevet ou encore un miroir... choses simples mais pourtant vraiment pratiques! Je conseille cet endroit pour un Week-end sans prise de tête! J'y retournerai!

Toutes les chambres n'ont pas le même confort : la notre jouxtait la salle de bain et les WC... pas discret ! Le gérant n'est pas très bavard et ouvert à la conversation. Le ménage n'est sans doute pas fait assez régulièrement. Sinon l'emplacement est idéal, dans une petite rue (un peu bruyante) mignonne. Barcelone est une ville extra, même en octobre !

belle situation à quelques metres de la Rambla et tout à fait au calme. confort rudimentaire, mais tout à fait suffisant (un lit et une armoire)
Toutefois grosse déception pour le petit déjeuner, c'était vraiment trop triste (même pas de pain!!! uniquement des céréales et des biscottes!!)

Acceuil parfait. On se sent comme chez nous. La chambre double que nous avions était plutôt spacieuse, propre, et belle selon moi, avec un balcon.
La salon où on nous sert le petit déjeuner est très bon, le petit déjeuner servi dès 9h très agréable. Il y a une cuisine où l'on peut y ranger 2-3 courses si l'on veut, où l'on peut se servir du café, etc.
La douche avec baignoire était à partager avec une autre chambre mais nous n'avons pas croiser les autres personnes, pas de soucis donc.
Enfin la situation de ce logement est dans le Barri Gotic même à 1min de la Rambla, 5min de la cathédrale, et près des métro également.
Rien à dire, ce lieu était parfait pour notre week end en amoureux.

Sicherheit und Betreuung/Service sind nur pro forma angeklickt. Es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer mit Bad/WC in einer Wohnung: Bed & Breakfast eben. Die Lage ist allerdings exzellent, ein Katzensprung zu Rambla und Plaza Catalunya, trotzdem nicht laut.

Mi sono trovata bene nell'alloggio scelto. La posizione era perfetta vicino alla Rambla dei Fiori e al Centro storico. La colazione era sufficiente. Ho apprezzato l'aria di relax e intimità che ho trovato. Essendoci solo quattro camere, sembrava di essere a casa. Lo consiglierei sicuramente per coppie che non hanno grandi pretese.

L'emplacement de ce B&B est idéal car très calme malgré son excellente situation , à 2 mn des Ramblas.
Le lieu est raffiné, sa décoration est de très bon goût, tout le mobilier est de grande qualité ( couchage excellent, magnifique table de salon ...)
Un jeu de clés nous est remis pour nous rendre entièrement autonome à tous moments de la journée et de la nuit.
L'habitation qui accueille seulement 3 chambres ( 2 très lumineuses et spacieuses) avec lit double garantit une intimité et un calme très appréciable.
La salle de bain partagée avec une autre chambre n'a posé aucun problème pour nous qui n'avons pas eu à attendre que la salle soit libérée.
L'accueil assuré par Joaquim , charmant et délicat, a été irréprochable : nous avons vraiment apprécié de pouvoir entreposer nos bagages dans le salon et prendre une douche tôt le matin , bien avant la disponibilité de la chambre .( un contact par email précédant notre arrivée avait permis cette entente et la généreuse proposition de Jo

Einfache Pension, zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen. Die Pension selbst ist allerdings etwas hellhörig. Die Badezimmer werden entweder mit einem anderen Zimmer oder mit der Managerin geteilt. Sehr nette Atmossphäre, einfaches, aber ausreichendes Frühstück. Wir empfehlen es Freundesgruppen und Päärchen.

Hervorragend ist die Lage der Unterkunft. Nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum(Placa de Catalunya) entfernt, jedoch in einem sehr ruhigen Seitengässchen. Das Ausschlafen war somit gesichert.
Schönste ZImmer ist Nummer 2(Kleiner Balkon/Größe/einfach,asiatischen Flair). Frühstück ist ebenso sehr einfach gehalten, aber okay.

bellissimo: arredato con molto gusto e posizionato nel cuore del centro della città. Anche se a due passi dalla Rambla è estremamente silenzioso. Gentilezza e simpatia offerta durante tutto il soggiorno. L'unico neo è che c'è da dividere il bagno con un'altra stanza. Quindi la soluzione migliore è andare con una coppia di amici: così il bagno si divide con loro

We had a great time in Barcelona - the location of Xocalote was great - in the middle but not too busy! The room was small but reasonalbly clean, there was no mirror or chair and annoyingly no tea-making coffee making facility either in the room or in the kitchen. The bathroom was clean and bright but the hot water failed on Monday - cold showers!!
Our hostess Andriana was great!
We would return but would want to have the larger room off the terrace.

L'appartamento è in posizione ottimale, in pratica è vicino alle rambla, immerso nella città vecchia a 2 passi sia da Port Vell che da Plaza Catalunia. La linea 3 della metro è a 5 minuti e ti porta ovunque! La nostra camera era spaziosa e luminosa, il letto confortevole e ampio, il bagno, condiviso con un'altra camera, grande e pulito, con vasca.
La colazione abbondante e varia e la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata davvero gentile e disponibile e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino al pomeriggio, visto che il nostro volo era alle 21.
Consigliamo vivamente a tutti questa soluzione, che ci ha veramente soddisfatto e permesso di visitare una città incantevole come Barcellona!

Very quite atmosphere. Unfortunately we had no warm water. Nevertheless we survived and got more or less used to the cold water. It was quite hot outside, so the daily refreshment was actually a suitable way to cool down a little....we got a reasonable discount for that. So personally I would recommend that place...Thanks to Adriana!

L'alloggio è sito nel cuore del centro storico della città,a ridosso della Rambla,quindi ci si sposta con facilità per arrivare nei posti da vedere e dove mangiare sia a piedi che attraverso il servizio metropolitano molto efficiente.Il prezzo non è dei migliori visto che non viene offerta la colazione e le pulizie non di certo sono fatte di frequente.Si sta benissimo se si va in coppia chè non ci sono altre camere e quindi la tranquillità è garantita.

Eine ruhige und saubere Oase inmitten des Trubels von Barcelona! Das saubere und helle Bad und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Zimmers haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch ein grosser Schrank mit Kleiderbügeln war da. Man kann sich gut erholen. Das Fenster geht in einen hellen Schacht, nicht auf die Strasse, was Ruhe statt Lärm beschert.(Die Strassen sind sehr laut!)So kann man gemütlich ausschlafen. Auch eine funktionierende Heizung war da.
Dushan war sehr offen und hilfreich und wie wünschen ihm weiterhin viele begeisterte Gäste!

we spend so nice moments in yor clean and beautiful apartment. We work in Basle, Switzerland. We are Buddhists and we dont like to much noise. So the spirit of your apartment was a great gift for us: a real island in the loud and busy town of Barcelone. We come surely back and we will make advertisment for you!
