21/04/2011 un super accueil. Une dame très gentille qui fait le ménage avec soin. Une chambre certes modeste mais un immeuble charmant, genre bohème avec ascenseur à l'ancienne dans la cage d'escalier. 10 minutes à pied du centre ville , à un prix résolument modique comparé par exemple à des AJ censées être moins chères! En bref , vous pouvez y aller sauf si vous êtes chochottes de service et que vous rêvez de meubles rutilants et d'écrans plasma! ( ah oui pas la télé, quel horreur , obligés de passer les soirées dans Barcelonne!! ;) allez bon trip à tous!!! 13/04/2011 L'ostello è decisamente comodo per la posizione. A 5/10 minuti a piedi da Plaza Catalunya e a 10 minuti dalla metropolitana. La zona della città è bella e tanquilla. La ragazza che gestisce l'ostello è gentile e disponibile. Noi avevamo prenotato una doppia con letti singoli senza servizi ma allo stesso prezzo ci hanno dato una doppia con letto matrimoniale (che poi era una piazza e mezza) con il bagno privato (lavandino, doccia e wc). Purtoppo la pulizia della stanza mancava totalmente ed era molto impolverata. Però tutti giorni venivano a rifare il letto e portavano gli asciugamanti puliti. A mio parere è un posto che va bene per giovani in gruppo o coppie poco esigenti e molto alla buona che vogliono visitare la città e contano di stare in stanza solo a dormire. Tutto sommato poteva andare peggio, almeno avevamo il bagno privato che negli ostelli di Barcellona non è poca cosa! 22/02/2011 El pension está ubicado a unas 6 manzanas de Plaza Catalunya y es bien accesible al llegar en las horas de noche del aeropuerto. Sin embargo, las habitaciones con una cama dan para el interior y hay bastante ruido (por la mecanismo del aire acondicionado) sin que entre el sol. 16/02/2011 Rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero buono, la ragazza che lo gestisce è gentile e disponibile, e parla bene inglese. Avevamo prenotato la camera senza bagno ma, visto che era al momento sfitta, allo stesso prezzo ci ha dato quella con il bagno. Camera piccola (ma con terrazzino), e sinceramente non pulitissima (molta polvere sull'armadio e sulle parti alte) ma con asciugamani cambiati e bagno pulito ogni giorno. Nota negativa sul letto, scomodo (rete mezza sfondata?) e rumoroso (scricchiolii e cigolii in quantità). LA posizione è davvero ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi c'è la metro, a 10 minuti si arriva tranquillamente in piazza Catalunya e, quindi, sulla Rambla. Altro fattore positivo è che ci sono state consegnate le chiavi oltre che della camera anche della porta principale e del portone, permettendoci così di rientrare a qualunque ora. 18/04/2010 la pozizione è ottima xkè si trova a 5/10 minuti a piedi da Placa Catalunya da cui partono le vie+importanti di Barcellona(Rambla e Passeig De Gracia per es.)ed in+si trova vicino alla metro.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo;lo consiglio a ki a intenzione di passare pc tempo in albergo xkè nn offre molte comodità se si sta in camera(se paghi pc non puoi pretendere).Il mobilio e la camera erano un po' fatiscente, ma è sl apparenza,sl 1 pecca:il letto scomodo.X le pulizie sn abb. soddisfatto,xkè ogni giorno veniva fatto il letto, puliti i sanitati e il pavimento xò all'arrivo ho dovuto dare una passata all'armadio un po' polveroso, ma questo forse è dovuto al fatto che la signora gentilmente ci ha voluto dare allo stesso prezzo(molto gentile!) una camera diversa da quella prenotata(aveva in più il bagno privato dotato di doccia,lavandino e WC).In generale la signora è stata gentilissima sia per la camera, sia per la disponibilità ad ogni ora di aiutarci e darci informazioni.zona sicura I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Going with your couple

07/01/2010 Consiglio di andare in coppia, ma solo se, come me e Andrea, siete persone molto spartane, molto innamorate, capaci di vedere il bello e farsi una risata anche dove è proprio difficile, a cui piace stare parecchio in giro per la città e quindi passerete attimi fugaci (e spero belli come i nostri) alla pensione. 02/01/2010 Cogi la habitacio doble con baño incluido. La cama era de muelles y empotrada a la pared. La habitacion no es muy bonita (pintura parece que se vay a caer) y olia a lejia. Por lo demas, perfecto, tiene enchufes, no tiene internet(wifi), pero va muy bien por si hay que pasar una o dos noches barato. La atencion y el trato fue perfecto y me dieron indicaciones de donde encontrar cosas. Esta a una manzana de la estacion de metro L1 urquinaona. 18/11/2009 Deberían mejorar las condiciones de limpieza de las sabanas y almohadas, porque al quererme acostar, me encontré con que no habían sido cambiadas, y si asi lo habia sido, no estaban bien lavadas. Eso molesta mucho e incomoda a la hora de dormir, cosa que es clave para poder continuar con un rico paseo. Deberían hacer un esfuerzo y cambiarlas cada vez que alguien se hospeda. La ubicación es muy buena, el ambiente es muy bueno, muy tranquilo, seguro, y las personas que atienden son amables. Personalmente, me deprimió hospedarme allá por lo chico del espacio y por la limpieza de las sabanas, asi que si están dispuestos a aceptarlos, bienvenidos sean. 13/10/2009 Was in a great location, the staff were helpful and didn't bother you, then again they weren't very friendly either, rooms nice for the price and very clean. Strange sharing a balcony with the room next door and lookin up from reading my book in bed to see the neighbour looking in! especially when there was only a tiny wee bolt on the window but then I guess it's safer there than what I'm used to at home! 13/10/2009 This offers basic accomodation which is reflected in the price. The location is good and only a 10min walk to the centre of things. Don't expect any frills from this place; down to the level of decor. We did book a room with private bathroom so cannot comment on the shared facilities.
