se uno prenota una stanza col bagno è perchè ha bisogno di una stanza col bagno ,avevo la sinusite e all'arrivo mi è stato detto che la stanza col bagno non c'era per un problema di overbooking e che mi sarebbe stata assegnata il giorno dopo !! Il giorno dopo mi viene data si la stanza col bagno,ma non c'è acqua calda,mi dicono che la sera ci sarebbe stata e invece il giorno dopo ancora scopro che da una settimana non gli funziona più lo scaldabagno su tutto il piano dove ci sono le singole.Ormai devo andare via e mi vogliono far pagare il prezzo di una singola senza bagno per l'inconveniente..............POSTO DA EVITARE !!

The location is good, not too far from plaza Cataluna. The room was ok but there was some problem with the hot water at our floor. So although we paid for a double bedroom with private shower, as there was no hot water we ended up using showers in the common areas. Only got 10% refund after asking for it, hence the price/value and services were not very good in our view.

Es como un albergue. Tremendamente ruidoso, imposible dormir con los ruidos de los otros inquilinos, el ascensor, e incluso la puerta de entrada, que se oye desde la primera planta. Huele a cañería podrida. No lo recomendaría ni volvería nunca. No hay ni armario en la "mini habitación". La almohada no puede estar más sucia.

Of course each country has different ideas of state furniture. But the pillows and covers could be cleaner.
In the night it get's cold during the winter season because there is no heater in the rooms.
If you stay a weekend it will be ok. But for a hole week ... only for the nights when you celebrate

Tras reservar una habitación con dos camas individuales, se nos ofreció una habitación muy estrecha con una litera, más propia de un albergue. Esto no aparecía en las condiciones de la habitación, ni en las imágenes de la web, por supuesto, sin embargo no tenía fuerzas de protestar esa noche. Por otra parte, el estado de la habitación es bueno y el lugar me pareció simpático, con muchos chicos jóvenes, y el desayuno, todo sin lujos, me bastó.

This accomodation was exactly what we wanted. I stayed for a weekend with my boyfriend and the location was very important to us. It was ideal-you could walk practically anywhere! Staff were very friendly helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable.
