The Hostal Barcelona Quartier Gothic is located in the heart of Barcelona, at Avinyo Street, in the Gothic Quarter  (Barrio Gótico) at  only few steps from the Ramblas.  Avinyo is a well known street where Barcelona`s aristocracy used to live during the 19th century and where Pablo Picasso painted Les Demoiselles D` Avignon. It is located only 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and 15 minutes from  Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. The hostel is situated just besides Maremagnum, the Boquería Market, the Town Hall, Colón, the Zoo, Montjuic or the beaches. It has excellent links by bus or underground with the rest of the city.  In the Gothic Quarter  visitors will find  lots of  stores, restaurants and bars to enjoy Barcelona` s night life.
