07/05/2011 Excellent. We went as a 3, the room was smallish but fine seeing as we were out most of the day anyway. less than 5 mins from Las Ramblas and 15 minutes from the sea. The owners and friendly and quite relaxed - he let us leave our stuff there til 8pm (even though checkout time was 12pm) and collect it later. wi-fi and coffees are available.Walls are very thin (more of a problem for couples!!) but I think we made the most noise! I think the price was a bit high for what it was. A small room with a little bathroom with only a sink and a mirror, and a shared bathroom with everything else. I think 50€ per night was a bit expensive. The major advantage is its location, beside Plaza de Catalunya in the centre of Barcelona, with an underground station. Everything was clean and they cleaned the room and gave us clean towels everyday.
