Important: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before midday of the arriving date, will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. All nights corresponding to holidays are obligatory. The hotel will charge 100% of stay when the guest makes the reservation (non-refundable). Upon confirmation of reservation for these dates, there will be no changes or later cancellation (the charged fee will not be refunded). Children younger than 3 years old are not charged if they use the beds provided in the room. Children younger than 2 are provided with cots (free of charge). Children aged more than 3 -as well as adults- must pay 30.00 € per person and additional bed. A maximum of 1 additional bed or cot is admitted per room. For reservations of more than 4 nights, the property held prior authorization from the credit card provided as guarantee for the full amount of stay. Payment for the entire stay must be made upon arrival at the reception of the property. Policy for special dates: New Year (12.30.11 to 01.01.12 both dates inclusive), MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS (02/26/12 to 03/01/12 both dates inclusive), FORMULA 1 (11-13.05.12 both dates inclusive). They charged 100% of stay to confirm reservation. Condition is NON-REFUNDABLE for all bookings that are made at this time. (to confirm your reservation, do not accept any modification or cancellation thereof).
