01/05/2011 il vaut mieux parler espagnol pour se rendre dans ce logement car les acceuillants parlent peu d'anglais et pas de français ! l'accueil est plus ou moins agréable selon les personnes qui se relaient dans la journée. Les équipements très rudimentaires sont propres malgré la première impression. Aucunes des commodités annoncées n'étaient présentes : une TV mais qui ne fonctionnait plus depuis longtemps, les deux distributeurs de boissons hors service, et deux salle de bain avec WC dans un état limite (en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de la douche : filet d'eau tiède!!) à partager entre de nombreuses chambres. Bonne isolation sur l'extérieur mais catastrophique à l'intérieur : on s'entend tousser d'une chambre à l'autre!! Heureusement que l'emplacement est idéal, c'est au moins ça. Je ne le recommande absolument pas aux familles surtout avec des enfants de moins de 12 ans car pas d'efforts pour proximité des chambres. 10/04/2010 Esta muy bien ubicado, lo recomiendo solo para jovenes atletas, ya que jamas me avisaron que habia que subir 5 pisos por escalera , con valijas es imposible!!! 04/04/2010 Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis Ok! Das Personal freundlich. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, mann hört alles und sollte einen guten schlaf haben! Aber Zimmer, Bad und Wc sind sauber. 14/03/2010 il posto essendo nel centro turistico della citta' e' ideale. Spiacente attenzione al cliente e servizio pulizia e igiene non va bene. La doccia e lavandino nelle camere non ha sapone. chiedendo non si e' caricato e la tenda della doccia non e' piu' igiene. 11/11/2009 Accueil plutôt chaleureux Vétusté de l'hébergement : immeuble et locaux mais plutôt propre. Un problème de douche et de lavabo bouchés qui n'a pas été résolu lors du séjour alors qu'il avait été signalé. Sinon bon emplacement au coeur des Ramblas (avenue piétonne très animée). Beaucoup de commerces et de points touristiques dans les alentours proches. logement proche des commodités de transports : bus, métro, aérobus (aéroport) I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Spending a weekend

29/10/2009 Wer eine schlichte, einfache, unmoderne Unterkunft sucht und diese nur als Schlafplatz verwenden möchte, kann hiermit durchaus zufrieden sein. Wer aber "Urlaub" oder etwa sogar "Ausspannen" im Kopf hat sollte Abstand davon nehmen, denn dazu laden die Zimmer nicht ein. 19/10/2009 bien situer près des Rambla mis a part que l'immeuble n'as pas d'ascenseur et le logement se situe au 4ème etage donc quand on arrive et que l'on repart avec nos valises c'est 1 peu dure surtout pour moi qui suis une femme. La dame qui soccupe du logement est discrète et gentille mais manque un peu de sourire de sa part sinon mis a part sa rien a redire le lit est fais tout les jours et l'hotel est ouvert 24h/24h bien pratique quand on rentre tard. 17/10/2009 la struttura è un pò fatiscente, c sono 100 gradini da percorrere a piedi....si trova al 4 piano! sperate di non avere una camere con vista interna (sul cortiletto..)!! è abbastanza rumoroso perchè sulla rambla e per questo gode di una posizione fantastica, a solo 100 mt. da plaza catalunia!! I bagni sono sempre puliti mentre in camera le pulizie non vengono effettuate tutti i giorni, però il cambio di asciugamani sì! Il posto è un pò spartano, bisogna sapersi accontentare (c'è comunque tv in camera,internet,e la colazione compresa) però io ci ritornerei!
