BMT (Berlin Tourismus Marketing) has 3 offices -located on strategical spots in the city- where you can get information and buy public transport cards.
Brandenburger Tor. Pariser Platz. Every day from 9:30 to 18:00 (Spring/Summer) and from 10:00 to 18:00 (Autumn/Winter).
Europa-Center, Budapester Straße 45 entrance. Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.
Fernsehturm (Television Tower) Alexanderplatz: from 10:00 to 18:00.

Tegel Flufhäfen (Tegel Airport), opened until 22:30
Central Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof), Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00
