04/03/2010 Service und Betreuung waren optimal. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich! Ein bisschen mehr Sauberkeit auf dem Fußboden wäre für den Gesamteindruck förderlich. Sehr laut waren die Geruchsventilatoren in den Toiletten (ich schreibe im Plural, weil ich mit zwei Bekannten dort war und außer meinem eigenen Ventilator auch den aus dem Nachbarraum hörte und das Gefühl hatte eine Waschmaschine läuft im Schleudergang). Verkehrsanbindung ist durch die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Frühstücks und der Unterkunft ist angemessen. Hotel Pankow Berlin Exelente Servicio al Cliente todo su personal es muy amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las habíayaciones exelente y muy buena limpieza. La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro pero el acceso es muy fácil por unos pocos euros. Seguridad exelente. El costo es muy bueno y la calidad óptima. Lo recomendaría 100%
