BA City Residencial esta en una zona arbolada, de poco transito. Es una zona alternativa, el Barrio de Nuñez. De allí, la mejor manera de conectar con el resto de la ciudad es con Buses, por las Avenidas del Libertador o Cabildo, para hacer compras o pasear. El lugar es calido y hospitalario.
