la ubicación perfecta (casi al ladito de la sagrada familia), con el metro cerca también. la zona muy tranquila, solo hay un bar en la misma calle. el apartamento es pequeñín pero para un finde en pareja es perfecto. yo vuelvo seguro!!

Appartement spacieux. Cuisine appréciable. Pas très loin des transports en commum.
Le seul reproche : un peu bruyant. En effet, malgré qu'il soit situé dans une rue peu passante, il y avait un bruit permanent et régulier assimilable à une porte qui claque (toutes les 10 minutes environ).

Es un inmueble muy económico, en tal sentido no se pueden tener espectativas irreales, el lugar es justo como se ve en las fotos. Excelente oportunidad para quien quiere conocer Barcelona, pasear todo el día y llegar a ddormir.

Muy contento. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que no escuchar el tráfico en pleno centro de Barcelona es un lujo. Lo único que eché de menos un poco de lavavajillas y hubiese fregado los platos. Por lo demás no tengo nada que objetar, dar las gracias por todo y contar con poder repetir en sucesivas visitas a la ciudad

Very welcoming and helpful receptionists, even though the ability to speak english varied.
The standard was OK (Considering the low price), but rather filthy walls and other details.

Excelente atencion, todo lo que necesitamos nos lo brindaron. La ubicacion es a 20 minutos de caminata del casco historico de barcelona. La habitacion era bastante espaciosa y todo muy limpio y en excelente estado. No dudaria en reservar otra vez aqui en mi vuelta a Barcelona.

il posto è centralissimo, a 2 passi dalla sagrada familia, purtroppo non vi è modo di parcheggiare l'auto nella zona gratuitamente ma solo nei park privati che purtroppo costano un botto (può andare bene x un w.e., ma per un soggiorno di una settimana parcheggiare l'auto nel park sotto l'appartamento costava quasi quanto l'appartamento stesso.......). l'appartamento di per se è ben poco, il bagno è ok purtroppo il mio non aveva niente come posate-stoviglie ecc, però una volta chieste ci è stato portato una coppia di tutto... padella, pentola senza coperchio ovviamente niente scolapasta ecc ecc... l'essenziale!! le tapparelle facevano abbastanza schifo, durissime da aprire e una volta aperte sino in cima non venivano più giù, se non tirandole dal basso.... la ragazza delle pulizie entrava quasi tutte le mattine, quando eravamo fuori, cambiava i cestini e gli asciugamani (avremmo preferito non entrasse nessuno però!!). comunque consigliato a coppie giovani che non si fan troppi problemi!

The apartment was perfect for a not luxorious vacation.
The service is very good and the staff extremely friendly.
The place is situated 150 meters away from the metro station encants and 100 meters from the night bus stop of the line N9.
The facilities are a little back in time but perfectly working (I missed just one handle of the kitchen and I couldn't close the bathroom door.
If I'll be back in Barcelona I would seriously consider the possibility to go back to apartaments villaret.
