08/05/2011 Posizione ottima, proprio sopra la fermata della metro L3 L2 e sopra un bar ristorante dove si mangia discretamente a prezzi molto convenienti, buono per pranzi veloci o spuntini notturni al ritorno da una serata. Lo stabile è vecchio ma la camera con bagno privato era ottima per chi pensa di usarla solo per dormire e per una doccia. Il bagno era molto pulito. L'unica pecca: un po' rumorosa la notte perchè si trova sull'avenida del Parallel, una strada molto trafficata. Ma se tornate stanchi dal giro della città dormirete lo stesso. 01/01/2011 pension très décevante, malgré le prix qui n'etait pas très élevé pour un 31 décembre ça ne le valait quand même pas. Nous étions en couple dans une chambre qui donne directement sur la réception, autant dire que nous étions dans la réception étant donné l'insonorisation inexistante et le peu de discrétion des réceptionniste au demeurant assez malaimables (nous avons été reveillés à 6h du matin par des conversations très animées!). La propreté de la salle de bain laissait à désirer. Et ce n'est pas si près des ramblas qu'il est dit dans la présentation! En bref, une grosse déception, on s'attendait pas à ça surtout qu'habituellement les hôtels espagnols sont mieux que l'indique leur nombre d'étoiles! 22/05/2010 Lo raccomando solo per coloro che non interessa confort e lusso... A quei prezzi aggiungendo qualcosa si trova decisamente qualcosa di meglio. La posizione è ottimale, praticamente "sotto" la metropolitana con le linee principali utili a visitare la splendida barcellona, a un km circa dalla Rambla. La camera lascia molto a desiderare ma ci hanno concesso la possibilità di tenere in pensione le valige prima della partenza (ritorno). In tre giorni non sono state mai cambiate le lenzuola, ognuno aveva un asciugamano (cui faceva tutto) e rimaneva la stessa. In camera TV con decoder (che ho dovuto sincronizzare i programmi), senza armadio. Vorrei spezzare una lancia a favore; la facciata della pensione (ricordate che non esiste una sala ristoro) seppur decorosa lasciava molto a desiderare nel suo interno, vero anche se quando siamo andati via stavano iniziando i lavori di ristrutturazione. 05/01/2010 La posizione è molto buona , neanche 10 metri da una stazione della metro dove con 2 fermate si arriva a Plaza Catalunya , gli alloggi sono messi male , dalle finestre entra aria quasi come fossero aperte (...e d'inverno non è una cosa piacevole...) . In 5 giorni hanno fatto le pulizie solo una volta e mai cambiato la biacheria , saponi niente , niete phon , riscaldamenti accesi pochissimo e illuminazione penosa . Lo consiglierei solo a chi non trova un'altra alternativa allo stesso prezzo e intende rimanere meno possibile nella stanza . Sconsiglio vivamente la possibilità di prendere le stanze con il bagno in comune che venendo pulito molto raramente vi lascio immaginare come lo possiate trovare . 06/11/2009 Lo mejor de esta pension es que esta muy bien situada, ya que tiene la parada de metro justamente cuando sales ya te la encuentras, que es la parada de Paral-lel. Para pasar un fin de semana, una noche o simplemente descansar, la recomiendo, porque los precios son asequibles, aunque no tiene grandes lujos, aun las habitaciones que no tienen el banyo dentro, todas tienen television. 24/09/2009 Es una pensión bastante vieja, eso ya me lo imaginaba con las fotos. Pero al llegar pude ver que no sólo estaba vieja sino sucia!! las paredes, cortinas y sabanas y el baño estaban que en muy malas condiciones de limpieza. Dormí allí porque ese fin que fui había un partido el Barca y era díficil conseguir alojamiento. Lo que hacía era llegar tarde al hotel y muy cansada para no pensar mucho donde me estaba acostando y al abrir los ojos en la mañana, salía lo más pronto que podía. 07/09/2009 La pensione è un edificio e molto vecchio, e per niente bello. Non ce l'ascensore e siamo saliti al quarto piano. Non ce il bagno in camera.La camera piccolissima e dalla finestra può entrare la gente, quindi non lo abbiamo tenuto aperto la notte durante il caldo. Ma la reception è accogliente e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli l'ultimo giorno. Ci hanno regalato anche una mappa spiegandoci dove possiamo andare a visitare posti carini.Si può entrare nella pensione in qualsiasi ora.Se non volete spendere tanto per un weekend (non di più) e cercate un posto dove dormire soltanto questo può andare.Ecco l'aspetto positivo è che non ci hanno rubato (come lo hanno fatto per le strade di Barcelona, attenti quando andate in giro). The fact it was literally 10 steps from a underground city metro hub/transfer station was a big plus. Walking distance to the beach, Ramblas, and an easy ride anywhere else you might want to go. 29/08/2009 Een verschrikking, dat is hoe je dit pension kunt omschrijven. De kamer zag eruit als een cel en was erg smerig. Het pension is haast onvindbaar. Bij binnenkomst krijg je een hartverzakking; er is geen licht, je moet 20 trappen omhoog met al je zware tassen en het personeel spreekt geen woord engels. De douche moet je delen, opzich geen probleem, maar deze douche wordt gewoon niet schoongemaakt. De wc kun je beter niet gebruiken, want zodra je de deur dicht doet en weer open wil maken, valt de klink eraf en zit je dus wel even. Je mag dan hopen dat iemand je komt zoeken of je hoort. Verder staan er bij de wastafels dingen die op handzeep lijken, maar pas op! Het is haargel. Ook erg vervelend is de 8-baans 'snelweg' die onder het raam ligt. Zelfs met oordoppen werd je gek van de loeiende sirenes en optrekkende auto's. Kortom zoek je nog even verder! Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft für: Freundesgruppen

15/07/2009 Considerato quanto abbiamo speso non mi posso lamentare...più che per andare in coppia, come ho fatto io, lo consiglierei a gruppi di amici...giusto se avete bisogno di una camera per dormire è basta! C'è la fermata Paral-lel proprio accanto all'ingresso! 12/07/2009 La ubicacion es perfecta, justo al lado de la estacion del metro, la zona no es la mejor de barcelona, pero por el precio esta bastante bien. Lo recomiendo para viajes entre amigos o viajando solo como mi caso, que solo interesa un sitio economico donde pasar la noche. Los baños siempre limpios. 24/06/2009 Great location very close to Las Ramblas and Barceloneta. Metro is RIGHT outside steps away from the entrance. It is a very basic hotel, but clean, nice staff good for staying right in the city for a low price. I am a female and I was traveling alone and felt safe. The little balcony doors have one lock and the shutters do not close, but I locked anything important in my suitcase and it was fine. Not sure if reception staff speak much English as I spoke to them using the little Spanish I know and I could understand the basics. Overall very satisfied. Another good experience through clickbed!
