19/03/2010 il soggiorno al pension miami barcellona è stato fantastico....molto pulito è vicino alla rambla....oltre alla cortesia del personale che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Lo consiglio per chi vuole una vacanza spensierata a poco prezzo....io personalente lo terrò in considerazione se dovessi tornare a barcellona. 18/03/2010 La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da placa catalunya, si devono però percorrere 50 metri in una strada poco raccomandabile, meglio per una gruppo di amici. Le stanza (o meglio il loculo) è orribile, ma tutto sommato pulita, non hanno alcun servizio, per vedere la tv ho dovuto lasciare € 20 di cauzione per avere il telecomando (senza la tv non funziona). il personale parla italiano ed è molto gentile, sono aperti 24 ore su 24. 05/03/2010 La pensione si trova pochi metri dal centro di barcellona...a 5 min a piedi si arriva alla rambla!..quindi ottima posizione!..nn è vero quello ke ho letto in alcune recensioni riguardo al posizione non sicura e brutta...in 3 notti nn abbiamo mai visto un barbone...poi si trova cmq in una traversina sempre abbastanza movimentata!..le stanze sono piccolissime e poco funzionali...ma la disponibilità del personale è cmq competente e sono tra l'altro molto disponibili!..alla fine il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo per chi deve utilizzare questo alloggio principalmente per dormire. 20/01/2010 das zimmer war bei ankunft sauber. es wurde jeden tag geputzt, auch die handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt.man hat zwar sehr wenig platz und man hört wenn es im nebenzimmer lauter ist,aber es ist nur 10min zu fuss von der LA RAMBLA entfernt! alles in allem empfehlenswert für wochenden um sich Barcelona anzusehen!! 04/01/2010 i had very nice stay there..friendly staff,speak english and very helpful..the price is so cheap.i took the room for 2 person and it actually can be used for 3 person bcoz it have 1 doble bed and another single bed..very near to la rambla..walking distance.i had a very peaceful sleep coz its not noisy at night.they clean our room everyday and replace clean towel too..i would recommended this hotel for muslim coz there got plenty of HALAL food shop nearby.very clean toilet.easy to find,very close to universitas metro station.i would still choose this hotel if i'm in barcelona again!!! 08/11/2009 La pensione è in una posizione perfetta, comoda a tutto. La camera è davvero minuscola ma almeno avevamo il bagno privato. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie passano ogni giorno a riassettare la stanza e a cambiare gli asciugamani, le lenzuola invece le cambiano ogni 2-3 giorni. Unico problema della pensione sono i muri molto sottili che ti fanno sentire tutto quello che fanno i vicini, compresa l'attività sessuale. In realtà non erano neanche i vicini ma erano qualche piano sotto di noi e abbiamo sentito tutto. Però insomma siamo riusciti a riposare lo stesso. Lo raccomando se volete spendere poco e avere una buona posizione e soprattutto se dovete stare poco tempo. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft für: Päarchen

15/10/2009 il personale è cordiale e disponibile.le camere si affacciano su una stradina interna della zona universitaria ma a pochi metri si raggiunge ronda S.Antoni e da lì ci si può spostare tranquillamente a piedi verso plaza Catalunya e la Rambla.A pochi metri c'è una fermata della metro che ti permette di spostarti in tutte le direzioni.zona ottima per pubs,bar e shopping.Gli asciugamani ci sono(guardateli bene prima di usarli.Meglio portarseli da casa,assieme al phon).però tutto sommato vi troverete bene. 03/07/2009 La verdad, la ubicación está muy bien: aunque la zona no es ni mucho menos la más segura de Barcelona, todo pillaba cerca. Pero mi estancia en el sitio fue un infierno. Gritos en la calle durante toda la noche, insultos, peleas con policía incluida, gente corriendo por los pasillos de la pensión y llamando a nuestras puertas a las 4 o 5 de la mañana. Pudo ser mala suerte con los otros huéspedes, pero por la reacción de los vecinos me da que suele pasar siempre. Llegaron a describirlo como "casa de putas". Yo no descansé en absoluto. Quizá para un viaje con amigos, buscando lo más barato y sin importar el ruido y las molestias por la noche, está bien, pero desde luego, no es un sitio para descansar. 01/06/2009 If you are looking for an affordable, but pleasant place in the middle of the City, this is your choice! The rooms are simple, but very clean, ours had a private bathroom and daily roomservice. The staff is really nice and able to give you information on the city. The surrounding area can be described as a 'student and international district' - we liked the fact of being more in the middle of the 'normal Barcelonian life' than in a plain touristy area... But 'La Rambla' is in just 10 minutes walking distance, some side streets with a bunch of cafés and Tapas bars even closer... All in all, I think it's hard to find a place with a comparable price-performance ratio! Oh, and concerning the comments above about the noise: In the house it wasn't noisy at all during our stay (of course, the noise inside a hostel always depends on it's guests!), and as far as the noise outside: staying right in the centre of Barcelona AND have it totally quiet might be a hard thing to do... ;) Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft für: Freundesgruppen

01/04/2009 beaucoup de bruit: ascenseur qui claque à chaque fin de trajet, gens qui crient dans les couloirs,pendant la nuit jusque 2,3heure s du matin;comme toute les portes des couloirs restent ouvertes entre les étages le bruit se propage dans les 6 étages. sinon très propre bien que viellot.Et ne comptez pas sur de l'eau chaude le soir.En bref c'est bien si vous ne voulez pas dormir! 01/01/2009 Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo; inoltre anche la posizione è buona: a due minuti dalla prima fermata utile della metro, e a piedi si possono raggiungere in una decina di minuti la Rambla, piazza Catalogna e altri importanti punti della città che vale la pena di vedere.
