Ciao, vorrei lasciare un commento riguardo alla nostra esperienza.In modo da dare delle buone dritte a chi si trova nei paraaggi.... la reception è inesistente e vi consigliamo di spolverare un po di spagnolo.Perche non conoscono altre lingue... Locali un po ristretti e poco curati ma buona pulizia.Consigliato per grandi camminatori diurni e ragazzi con poche pretese... .Posizione perfetta per il turista!!!!! .Michele & Roberta :D

BUENAS TARDES. EL CUESTIONARIO QUE HE RELLENADO NO ES DEL ALOJAMIENTO QUE RESERVÉ MEDIANTE SU PÁGINA SINO DE OTRO EN EL QUE NOS REALOJARON YA QUE RESULTA QUE CUANDO LLEGUÉ AL HOSTAL, MI RESERVA NO LES CONSTABA. LLAMÉ AL TELÉFONO FIJO Y NO COGÍA NADIE Y MENOS MAL QUE ME APUNTÉ UN MÒVIL Y MUY AMABLEMENTE NOS OFRECIERON INSTALARNOS EN OTRO HOSTAL MUY CERCANO, PERO NO PUDIMOS ENTRAR EN LA HABITACIÓN HASTA LAS 22:00 H AUNQUE NOS PERMITIERON DEJAR LAS MALETAS. UNA SUERTE DENTRO DEL LÌO EN EL QUE ESTÁBAMOS YA QUE NO DABA CRÉDITO!!
EL HOSTAL EN EL QUE NOS REALOJARON ERA FANTÀSTICO Y FUERON MUY CONSIDERADOS.
DESCONOZCO SI FUE UN ERROR HUMANO O DE LA WEB PERO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE RESERVABA MEDIANTE SU PÁGINA Y FUE UN DESASTRE.
ENTIENDO QUE ESTA QUEJA POR ESCRITO ES LO MENOS QUE PUEDO HACER.

Great location. The bathroom is quite small but neat. I'd recommend this to backpackers and independent travelers without huge suitcase!!

El hostal está a media calle del metro Gran Vía, muy céntrico pero sin ruidos de la calle.
La habitación está limpia, pero el baño es bastante pequeño; a una persona algo gruesa le costaría entrar literalmente y la ventana da hacia el pasillo, por lo que la entrada y salida de personas puede ser algo incómodo.
Del resto, es el hostal adecuado para ir a dormir y pasear todo el día...que fue nuestro caso.

El hostal está ubicado muy bien en el centro de Madrid. El edificio está siendo remodelado intensamente y da la impresión al llegar, que el mismo está clausurado por los miles andamios que tiene. En el lobby y escaleras, presenta muy mal aspecto por la construcción: muchos materiales de construcción. No hay una señalización adecuada para anunciar el mismo. Está en el 4to piso del edificio y no tiene ascensor. Al llegar, el hostal está limpio, sencillo y el personal es muy amable y hace todo lo posible por alojarte bien. Las habitaciones son limpias, cuentan con calefacción, agua caliente, baño privado y aseado, televisor (con pocos canales), conexión wifi ilimitada (gratis), iluminación pobre, controles de tv y aire no funcionales. Considerando todo lo antes mencionado, siento que deberían bajar los precios al menos hasta culminar con las construcciones y mejora las condiciones (las del efificio antes de llegar). En cuanto al ruido por la construcción, es tolerable.

Pequeñito hostal en el centro Madrid, a 50 metros de la Gran Vía. Ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar y habitaciones limpias.
