The Hostal Florida is located two minutes to a subway-station (Tirso de Molina) and about 6-7 minutes to the Plaza de la Puerta del Sol by foot. When we were in Madrid last year, there was a construction site on the other side of the house, so the wakeup-call was at 8am, so I have to mention that the windows aren't very well isolated:) The service was great (clean towels everyday, didn't expect that!), though the communication was a spanish-english mix. The price is really really fair and it's great for weekend-trips or friends who want to explore the nightlife. I was there with my girlfriend in a room with a double-bed for ten days, so it is a opportunity for poor students like us as well. The only little piece of criticiscm, except the windows, is that the room (and the bathroom) were a little bit dusty in the corners. For people who do not have the highest claims and want to see the city it will be fully alright.

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione ottima, è vicinissimo a Plaza del Sol e la metropolitana a due passi permette di raggiungere ogni punto di Madrid in pochissimo tempo!

La habitación muy pequeña para dos personas. La puerta de entrada de la habitación de madera, muy vieja y costaba mucho de cerrar; poco segura.
Eso sí está bastante céntrico y tiene una parada de metro justo al lado.

è un posto carino e pulito,i proprietari sono molto disponibili!
La cosa migliore è la posizione centralissima e a pochi passi dalla metropolitana.
Ci sono stanze un pò piccole e altre un pò piu grandi,per pochi giorni si sta bene!

Uitstekend gelegen, goedkoop, vriendelijke uitbater maar spreekt enkel spaans. Erg veel geluidsoverlast van de naastliggende kamers dus weinig comfortabele nachtrust, maar voor enkele nachten... Wij zouden deze locatie terug kiezen bij een volgend bezoek .

Tenía todo necesario, y la ubicacion es fenomenal con fácil acceso al metro. Sólo faltaban más tomas de electricidad e.g. para la secadora en el baño, o en la habicacion para cargadora de móvil.

Klein aber ausreichend. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem nicht zu laut. Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cafe ist gleich nebenan- Metro ebenfalls. Nur die Matratzen sind zu weich. Ansonsten kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen. Wer nicht anspruchsvoll ist, wird sehr zufrieden sein.
