Personale molto disponibile, fin troppo!!!!! Camere accoglienti e pulite. La colazione ottima. Lo stato dell hotel in generale è buono, un po' antico, ma tenuto in maniera impeccabile.
Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi da Puerta del Sol (centro di Madrid) e alla sua stazione metropolitana.

El tema de la calefacción tendrían que hacerselo mirar un poquito, que al margen de que no pasamos frío ya que hizo un fin de semana estupendo, no me quiero imaginar los días de tanta nievo y tanto frío como lo pasarían los huéspedes de ese hotel.
Espero que sirva de algo mi comentario.
Por lo demás correcto.

EL HOTEL MUY CORRECTO Y DE LO MAS CENTRICO.UN HOTEL DE LOS DE MADRID DE TODA LA VIDA. LAS HABITACIONES SUPERIEORES AÑADIDAS RECIENTEMENTE NO TIENE NADA QUE VER CON LO ANTIGUO,LAS RECOMIENTO.LAS ANTIGUA MUY NORMALITAS TIRANDO A HOSTAL. The worst place, with smells I can't explain. Place was falling apart. I strongly believe that the pictures on the Internet are false avertising. They might have the room they show you, but not even close to the one you pick and pay for. Then the attitude from three different people was "it's what you get and laught at te thought of me leaving to find another place. Not 2 blocks away my girlfriend and I found another hotel blew this one away for. .... Out of time to list all the best stuff. Got to go. Get back to you later with more awse details about this crappy place :)

Only booked this 2 days before travelling and was not sure what to expected as read a few reports on trip advisor. This hotel was in a great part of Madrid to see everything. The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpfull. Our room was newly decorated and very modern, This hotel was great value for a central hotel and easy access for the Metro. I would recommend this hotel.
