El alojamiento es un pequeño Hotel tipo familiar muy cuco, limpio y con una buena atención. La habitación que nosotros ocupamos la 50, estaba reciÉn reformada y muy correcto todo. Ideal para estancia de visitas culturales. Y la cama muy comoda, se dormia muy bien y sin ruidos. Bastante centrico, al lado de la salida del metro linea 4 SaintDenis- Strasburg y esta ubicado en un barrio de gente de clase media-baja. Por lo que en las inmediaciones del Hotel pueden encontrarse algunos individuos con pintas estrañas, pero lo normal en un barrio de estas caracteristicas. Simplemente hay tomar precauciones. Por lo general volveria a repetir al mismo Hotel, CALIDAD-PRECIO, MUY BUENO I RECOMENDABLE.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance from a couple of Metro stations, and a few blocks from Centre Pompidou. The hotel is going under some renovations, but the room was ample and clean (the bathroom could use a little more light and ventilation, clean and odorless though). I stayed there with the family, and we enjoyed it, quiet, clean, LCD TV, smooth air conditioning, and would go for the included breakfast as having "petit dejeuner" around Paris can be insufficient and very expensive. It would be tops if it included Wi Fi in rooms (there's a kiosk at reception but not cheap).
The neighborhood is not that family-friendly, as working girls are around all day and night, as well as homeless people. I recommend it for groups of friends or couples. If I go back to Paris with friends I will definitely stay here.

The room was recently refurbished, maybe we were the first
ones who used it in April 2009. We loved the new LCD TV with
the wide variety of French telly programmes.
The only bad thing was the smell of fresh paints.
The hotel's location was quite good, not far from the city center.

Es un hotel pequeño, la habitación y el baño son muy agradables y limpios. El barrio está cerca de todo, es una zona de inmigrantes, la estación de metro está a menos de 5 minutos a pie, pienso que para pasar una estancia corta en París, con los servicios mínimos en buenas condiciones, es un hotel recomendable.

El Hotel me pareció que estaba bien, y la atención fue excelente. Habitaciones cómodas con todo lo necesario. Además muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación Strasbourg-Saint Dennis, desde donde resultó muy cómodo acceder a los sitios emblemáticos de Paris. Mucho comercio y restaurantes en la zona. Lo recomiendo.

Fuimos un fin de semana y nos pareció que estaba muy bien para el precio. Buena atención y buenas habitaciones. Muy cerca de la estación Strasbourg-Saint Denis, desde donde se tiene acceso a los sitios más emblemáticos de Paris. Abundancia de comercios y restaurantes en la zona. En las noches es usual ver en las calles gente ofreciéndote cosas que no son de muy buen agrado, pero en general la seguridad de la zona parece buena. Lo recomiendo para ir con familia y pasar un fin de semana.

l'hotel era molto carino e pulito.vicinissimo alla metro e ai vari servizi come farmacia,fastfood,ristoranti,bar e supermercati.tutti i giorni ci pulivano la stanza e ci cambiavano le salviette.non c'e l'asciuga capelli però. i dirigenti sono disponibili e gentili.giudizio dell'insieme positivo.

Este hotel es muy recomendable para aquellos que quieran conocer Paris y tener todo cerca. Como relación precio calidad me pareció excelente, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que tienen un desayuno (petit dejeuner) muy bueno y completo.
Por otro lado pude ver de que en el mismo se alojan desde parejas jóvenes hasta personas de edad y alguna gente en plan de "business", por lo que esto me dió aún mayor tranquilidad de que había elegido un buen lugar.
Las instalaciones aunque sencillas, están muy bien cuidadas y amobladas. Los colchones están en un estado impecable y los baños son muy limpios y completos. La atención de los concerjes fue muy buena y amigable.
Si volviese a Paris, seguramente me alojaría nuevamente alli!!!.

Il posto ideale, senza spendere troppo, per una vacanza a Parigi, vicino alla stazione metro e non lontano dalla stazione dei treni. Disponibile il personale per l'uso del pc per scaricare le foto e nessun problema a lasciare le valigie dopo il check out. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Hallo, ich besuchte das Hotel mit meinem Freund. Es ist nicht sehr modern, aber es ist in der Nähe von dem Nordbahnhof (so ca.15 min. zu Fuß). Für eine Person nicht geeignet, da die Stadtgegend nicht ungefährlich ist. Der Ausblick war auf einen etwas herunter gekommenen Innenhof. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Está muy centrico, se puede llegar andando hasta NotreDamme, el Ayuntamiento, La Fayette... El edificio es un poco laberíntico por dentro pero en general, está en buenas condiciones.

Buona posizione, a due passi dalla fermata della metro Strasbourg Saint-Denis che in pochi minuti permette di raggiungere ogni angolo di Parigi.
Il quartiere non è proprio il massimo, ma l'albergo è carino, pulito e confortevole. E nonostante si affacci direttamente sulla strada, è sicuro e abbastanza silenzioso.
Prima colazione a pagamento.
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, nessun problema a lasciare in custodia le valigie dopo il check-out per godersi le ultime ore parigine in libertà.
Consigliato per giovani coppie o famiglie senza grandi pretese (la stanza è relativamente piccola ma pulita e ben curata)...che vogliono passare alcuni giorni a Parigi senza spendere un patrimonio.

L'albergo non è male e il personale è abbastanza disponibile e gentile. Il grande vantaggio è assolutamente dato dalla sua posizione: il centro ma anche altre zone come forum Les Halles, le centre Pompidou o il quartiere Marais sono perfettamente raggiungibili a piedi.
E comunque anche la zona in cui si trova, St. Denis, è interessante.
L'unico problema è che di quanto è indicato nella descrizione dell'albergo c'è la metà: nessuna tv satellite, nessun wi-fi in camera (pare che il segnale non arrivi a tutti i piani), nessun phon (ho dovuto richiederlo e ne ho ottenuto uno funzionante dopo averne avuto un altro quasi fuso), nessun telefono in camera.
Ma comunque per pochi giorni e se non si hanno grandi pretese va più che bene.

L'hotel è situato vicino a l'Operà, in un quartiere periferico ma veramente strategico e ben collegato; non ci si deve aspettare nulla di particolare, ho trovato un letto molto scomodo e sono capitata purtroppo in una stanza senza bidet nè asciugacapelli e che non era esattamente come quelle delle foto sul sito. In compenso però era tutto molto pulito e le persone dell'albergo gentili e disponibilissimi.
Ottimo per chi si accontenta dell'indispensabile e per gruppi di ragazzi.

Me ha parecido un buen sitio para pasar una estancia en Paris, la zona es bastante centrica y te permite conocer los sitios más importantes de Paris de forma cómoda, pudiendo ir a pie a casi todas partes. El edificio es un poco antiguo, pero las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son bastante acojedoras.
Sin duda es un sitio para recomendar y asequible para todos los bolsillos. Lo más seguro es que repita en alguna otra ocasión.
