Personnel tres sympas, emplacement idéal en plein milieu du quartier le plus animé d'istanbul. Le service de nettoyage n'est pas tres regulier mais en moyenne très bon rapport qualité prix.

We reserved an apartment but were told upon arrival that it was not available. They moved us to an affiliated hotel which did not have apartments, but whose location was excellent, close to Taksim Square and the lively main street of the city. The room for three persons was nice and bright, but the additional bed they put in there was small and flimsy at best. The hotel is right next to the highway so it can be a bit noisy. However, they offered us free breakfast and the 24 hour receptionists were extremely courteous, polite and helpful in everyway. We recommend this to anyone, but caution that if you book an apartment with Clickbed, you need to reconfirm and insist on its availability upon arrival. Otherwise, you will be moved from one hotel to the next and might not be as fortunate as we were this time.

Excellent location, a mere stone throw from Taksim Square. Lively area, very polite reception staff.
