13/03/2009 Una delle tipologie di camere ordinate non era disponibile: era stata assegnata ad un altro cliente il giorno stesso. Un inconveniente piuttosto sgradevole! Anche le condizioni delle camere lasciavano a desiderare (pulizia, riscaldamento, luce, eccetera): ben al di sotto delle due o tre stelle millantate... |

18/12/2008 La gente del hotel era amable, a pesar de no estar muy limpio y de que las habitaciones eran bastante estrechas. El baño estaba muy limpio y en muy buen estad (tanto ducha ocmo el resto) L ubicacion excelente. En general estuvimos muy a gusto |

The accomodation was in a convienient location for the things we were doing for our three day stay in London. However, the satellite tv system was not working during our stay due to a poor signal initially, then on the second day there was no TV at all which was frustrating, we did get an explanation when we enquired at the hotel reception. There were plumbing problems in the the very small bathroom, the water took a long time to drain away from the shower tray (serious risk of flooding) and from the washhand basin. The shower cubicle showed evidence of mould and the bathroom smelt of mould which was not pleasant. The dining area for breakfast was very small for the size of the hotel, and the service was not particularly good, had to keep asking for cutlery items. The lift broke down on the second evening of our stay, and was still awaiting repair on the day we vacated the hotel, thankfully we were only on the first floor. Do not feel I would use this accomodation again.
