18/03/2010 These guys don't know what is going on!! Firstly they tell you that the credit card didn't work and the booking is cancelled. Then they tell you the rate through clickbed is too low so can you pay cash. Once the payment is sorted out, they tell you that you have to move to another hotel for three nights, but it's ok because you can come back for your last night!!!! I decided not to co-operate, so the day I was supposed to move, this guy follows me to my room, then sprints ahead to my door and tries to open it, when i asked him what was going on, he said he doesn't know but can i please give him the key back!! Every time they had the opportunity to explain themselves, they didn't they just made it up as things happened This hotel is basically just dishonest, i would not recommend it to anyone. 05/01/2010 Es scheint als ob das Zimmermädchen nur ins Zimmer kommt um die Betten aufzuschütteln und die Handtücher zusammen zu legen. Das Personal ist manchmal freundlich, manchmal unfreundlich, wie der Li La Launebär... Die Zimmer an sich sind eigentlich sehr schön, Berliner Altbau, hohe Decken, relativ edel anmutendes Mobilar. Jedoch wird alles durch eine dicke Staubschicht wortwörtlich überschattet (Allergiker vorsicht!). Die Fenster sind scheinbar aus der Steinzeit und halten die Kälte leider nicht draußen, so entstehen im Zimmer mehrere Klimazonen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hingegen ist reichlich und lecker. Auch der Speisesaal macht einen guten Eindruck. Alles in allem ist das Hotel für einen Urlaub mit relativ wenig Aufenthalt im Zimmer gut geeignet, allein schon wegen der wirklich perfekten Lage. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich übrigens ein Geldautomat der Volksbanken (welcher wohl eher aufgrund des einschlägigen Etablissements nebenan seinen Platz dort gefunden hat). 07/10/2009 ¡Mejor sitiuado imposible! Todo y estar en el centro de Berlin, las habitaciones están perfectamente insonorizadas para segurar el descanso de los huéspedes. ¡Fantastisch! Recomiendo este alojamiento para: Grupos de amigos |

The accomodation was fine, but reservations is a mess, moving rooms during the stay, wanting to cancel booking after deducting deposits off your credit card ect, because they are "over-booked" meaning that they took a booking over and above yours on a better rate. Apart from this the location is perfect and everything else was ok.
