  1. How do I find my accommodation?
  2. Search by accommodation type:
    Select the type of accommodation you´re looking for in the menu for each destination and you will see a list of all possible options. Next, click on any accommodation to find out more and you will see detailed information about that accommodation. To view availability and rates click "Search Availability" and then provide the required information.

    Search by destination and date:
    Select a destination from the menu located on the top left side of the page. Select your check-in and check-out dates, the number of people and then press the "Search" button to see a list of accommodation available in the selected destination.

  3. How do I know if an accommodation is available?
  4. We will show the availability of the selected accommodation for the total number of nights selected as well as other options with partial availability. Please provide the following details on the home page: check-in date, check-out date, number of people and then press "Search". This option allows you to see the options available for the dates requested. In the remaining pages of this website you will find blank spaces in the drop down menu in the upper right hand side.

  5. How do I make a reservation?
  6. You can book online or by phone. Both options require a credit card, except for group bookings where we accept bank transfers for large amounts.
    We work with the Verisign SSL system, which ensures that your card details are protected from third party access.
    Make a reservation online. Each accommodation may have different room types available. You will see a "Reserve Now" button next to each type of room. Clicking on this button opens the payment page with a summary of the characteristics of the lodging and accommodation, and the required fields for your credit card details. Once your payment is verified we will show you the confirmation on screen and we will also send confirmation to you by email.

  7. How do I view my reservation?
  8. Once payment is verified you will be shown immediate confirmation on the next screen. This confirmation can be printed. We will also send a copy of the booking confirmation to you via email. You can print a copy of the confirmation on the web from the "My Reservation" section.

  9. How do I cancel my reservation?
  10. Check our cancellation policy and that of the hotel to cancel without penalty. We do not accept cancellations of reservations by phone or via email. You can cancel your reservation in the "My Reservation" section on the website, where you will be asked to confirm twice that you want to cancel your reservation. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send you an email confirming cancellation. Clickbed.com does not accept any cancellation request sent by email to our Customer Service Department even if the request is sent before the deadline set out in the cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made directly through the website as instructed above.1- Unlike the competition, we hold the amount of your prepayment as a credit for your next booking made within the next 6 months(*). 2- In case of cancellations, Clickbed.com will charge you 15 € for administrative fee.

    (*)The prepayment is not refundable. The change will be made once you submit your new booking number and the canceled one. It will be available for 6 months. For the credit your old prepayment, you should ask to bookings@clickbed.com, informing us your new booking number, which Clickbed.com will deduct your credit, and your old booking number. If the difference between both prepayments is in your favour, we will send you the amount through a bank transfer within a period of 15 days.

  11. How do I modify a reservation?
  12. If you want to change your accommodation you must cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. Any modification of the original booking within the same accommodation can be done from the email booking@clickbed.com, where after checking the availability of other dates and rooms you are allowed to make changes, if available. Alternatively, changes may be made by request via email from the same email address you provided at time of booking.In case of change of reservation or booking change, will be charged an administrative fee of 5 €, if the amount of the prepayment of the new reserve is less than the amount of the prepayment of the older reservation, the difference shall be a credit for 6 months to be used on future bookings.

  13. Do I have to include my child in the number of people?
  14. If your child needs a bed he/she should be included in the number of people. There are some accommodations that offer discounts for children. These discounts are shown in the accommodation details and must be claimed upon arrival at the accommodation. It will be discounted from the price on the confirmation.

  15. Is it more expensive to book with ClickBed than directly with the accommodation?
  16. No, absolutely not. Clickbed does not charge any additional charges and we verify daily that our prices are the same as those offered directly by the hotel. We charge a commission to the hotel, not to the traveller.

  17. What are the rooms like?
  18. The type of beds, if the rooms are private or shared, if they have a full or partial bathroom, and if the bathroom is private or shared is specified in detail on the accommodation details page.

  19. What happens if I stay fewer nights than I booked?
  20. Each accommodation has its own cancellation policy, which is shown both on the details page and in the booking confirmation. Any night cancelled with less notice than that stipulated by the cancellation policy will be penalised with the cost of that night.

  21. Does it show the final price?
  22. Yes, the price shown includes IVA. The price shown on the details page is the same as that confirmed in the reservation.

  23. How much do I pay when I book?
  24. It is the part of the price that the accommodation pays to Clickbed.com. It is not the price of the first night.

  25. How secure is the payment system?
  26. The information in your credit card comes to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available in the market, which encrypts and encodes your personal information and credit card. The encryption method we use is "VeriSign Secured" internationally recognized, who has given our SSL certificate (secure socket layer). VeriSign handles 14 million domain name system (DNS), electronic commerce, 35% of North America and the encryption of the most secure websites. Our SSL certificate is SGC (Server Gated Cryptography) TRUE 128-bit, ensures that all Web site visitors obtain the highest level of encryption supported by your system, regardless of browser or operating system they use.

  27. Can I pay by bank transfer?
  28. We only accept credit card payments. However, in case of group bookings, you may pay by bank transfer.
