ClickBed.com (ClickBed SL), the tourist website that allows you to find affordable accommodation in any of our destinations: Barcelona, Paris and London.With the other users’ comments can evaluate the quality and the service the accommodations offer. We guarantee that the accommodation confirms receiving the reservations, so any problems are minimized at your arrival- especially overbooking. Our payment system has the SSL certification given by Verisign. -
2. How do you look for your accommodation? Back to top
Quick search.
Fill in the blanks on the main page and push the button to “see the offers”. This option allows you to see the offers and the correct dates.

Click on the names of the destinations that appear on the right hand side of the website to see a list of accommodations in that destination.

Click on the types of accommodation, that you find at the bottom of the home page, to see the list of the available accommodation. Once you are there you will also see other accommodations on the left hand side of the screen.

3. How to know the availability of an accommodation? Back to top
We will show the availability of the accommodation for all the nights of your selection, also other offers with partial availability. You must fill in the blanks of the main page: date of arrival, date of departure, number of persons and click the tab “to see the offers”. This option allows you to see the offers available for your dates. In the rest of the pages of this website you will find blanks in the “drop down menu” in the top right hand margin. -
4. How can I make a reservation? Back to top
You can make the reservation on line or by phone. Both options need a credit card, except for the group bookings where a bank transfer would be enough.
We work with SSL system of Verisign which guarantee the privacy or your credit card details.
To complete an on-line reservation:
Each offer could have different types of lodgings available. You will see a “Book now” tab at the side of each type of lodging, when you click you will open the payment page with the characteristics of the accommodation and their rooms and also the blank credit card boxes that you must fill in. Once we check the payment we will show your reservation confirmation on this page and we will send it to you by e-mail.

5. How do I see the reservation? Back to top
Once the payment has been made we authomaticaly show the booking confirmation in the screen. You can print it. We also send a copy to the email address provided. In addition you can see your reservation in the web site, in section "My reservation". -
6. How do I cancel the reservation? Back to top
You should read our cancellation policy to make a cancellation without a sanction. We do not accept cancellations made by phone or by e-mail. To cancel the reservation you can click on “My reservation” on the website, where you must confirm your cancellation twice. Once we receive the confirmation form we will send you an e-mail giving notice.
Clickbed.com do not accept cancellations by e-mail although they have been send before the expiration of our policy terms.

7. How do I change the reservation? Back to top
If you want to change your accommodation you must cancel your reservation and make a new one. In the case you want to modify your reservation in the same accommodation you can click on “My reservation” on the website where you will know if there are other lodgings available to make changes. You could also ask for availability sending an e-mail from the same mail box you used to make the reservation. -
8. Is it necessary to include the kids in the number of people? Back to top
If your children will occupy a bed you must include them when you search offers. Some hotels have discounts for children. That will be announced in the hotels’ offers. -
9. How can I make two reservations without paying twice the booking fee? Back to top
Once you make both reservations, you contact us by e-mail and we will discount the second booking fee which will be charged into your credit card. -
10. Is it more expensive to book with ClickBed than directly? Back to top
Clickbed only charges 2,5 euros above the accommodation price as a commission. Booking directly should cost you more in international calls. -

Each accommodation offer makes the specifications about: type of beds, shared and private rooms, shared and private bathrooms

12. If I stay less nights? Back to top
If you stay less nights than the ones confirmed in the reservation, then the cancellation policy applies. Any night cancelled with less than 24h advanced of 12:00h will be penaliced. -
13. Do you show the final price? Back to top
Yes we show the final price in the offer, which includes vat and the 2,5 euros booking fee. -
14. What is the amount paid online? Back to top
The amount paid online is the sum of: 1) a percentage of the accommodation´s rate that clickbed.com charges instead of the accommodation, plus 2) 2,5 euros booking fee, all vat included. The amount paid online is not the first night charge. -
15. Is the payment secure through your site? Back to top
Your credit card information is secure on our website. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments and are not used for other purposes. We use modern and secure technology to protect your credit card information. Our data encryption system is aproved by “VeriSign Secured” which issued us the SSL certificate (Secure socket layer). This guarantees that no third parties will access the information. -
16. Is possible to pay with a bank transfer? Back to top
The only payment accepted is by credit card. However, bank transfers are possible for the group bookings. -
