Mainly the location was perfect and also the pricing was reasonable.
The Hotel Staff was very cooperative. Rooms were also well maintained and cleaned daily.

Location was good. Hotel was very old and smells. Bathroom very small. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast average. Price too high.

Hotel al lado de la estación de tren de Santa Maria Novella. Práctico y muy cómodo. Muy amables y serviciales. Servicio y desayuno impecable. Volveremos!
