22/02/2010 Hotel situado a 100m de la Iglesia más bonita de Firenze, Santa Maria Novella. Calle silenciosa y lugar muy agradable. He estado en este hostal durante dos días en Mayo del 2010.Su ubicación es perfecta, está en pleno centro de Florencia.,Pero siento deciros que no se lo recomiendo a nadie, debido a que la "señorita" por llamarla así , por educación, fué una borde, descarada, desconfiada y maleducada con nosotros. Somos una pareja de 23 años, y no se que se debió pensar de nosotros.. en fin, creo k nuestro aspecto es de lo más normal y fuimos educados en todo momento con ella. Nada más llegar, fué super borde pidiéndonos los D.N.I y mirándonos fatal. La habitación, no era nada del otro mundo y el baño (compartido) se pasaba encharcado hasta que la señora de la limpieza (esa si, muy humilde y simpatica) lo limpiaba. La hora de salida del hostal era las 10:30 y a las 10:25 ya nos estaba llamando la casera para decirnos de muy malas formas que " o abandonais la habitación en 10minutos o os hago pagar otra noche más" , Y nos echó a patadas, sin poder ducharnos..pd: una subnormal. no vayais.
