Muy muy bien.la habitacion ns toco en planta baja pero aun asi disfrutamos.muy limpio.silencioso y lo mas importante con baño propio,un lujo en paris.de 1a10..si vas a ko ke vas.a ver paris y ir al hotrl a dormir y duxarte.un 9,si vas a estar en el hotel.este no es.jejejj

L'hotel è stata una piacevole sorpresa: ero un pò preoccupata di trovare una bettola, invece è carino e pulito, la posizione è ottima perchè si trova in una zona tranquilla e molto comoda vicino alla fermata della metro les gobelins e ad una via piuttosto fornita di servizi e negozi inoltre si può raggiungere a piedi il quartiere latino dove si può cenare a buon prezzo e passeggiare piacevolmente la sera. Ovviamente visto il prezzo non ci si può aspettare una reggia nè un servizio a 5 stelle, ma ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

A metà strada fra il quartiere Latino e Monparnasse , apparentemente decentrato, in realtà è sufficiente una passeggiata a piedi di pochi minuti per ritrovarsi nei vicoli affascinanti del quartiere Latino, o nelle vicinanze di importanti monumenti, come il Pantheon. Ben servito dalla metropolitana. Le stanze sono accoglienti e molto pulite. La sua posizione in una piccola strada poco trafficata garantisce tranquillità e silenzio sia la notte che al mattino. Personale gentilissimo.

rooms were cleaned and ok if you don't want to spend too much money, location not too far to the centre of Paris, restaurants nearby, staff don't speak English. Not a place where you would say afterwards oh what a lovely place but if you do sightseeing and need just a comfy and clean bed, that's what you get.
Overall I was satisfied.

The hotel was very close to the main attractions of paris and the staff very very friendly and helpful. We would definitely reccommend them. The metro station was only a few minutes walk round the corner and the room was warm and sufficient. I looked at the previous comments after I had booked and was thinking it would be very basic and not as good as it looked on the website, but what I found when I got there was much better than I had expected. The area was nice and quiet but felt safe, the room was clean and the staff were welcoming. It took only ten minutes on the metro to Notre Dame and in the end we realised we could walk it in fifteen minutes, with a scenic route past the pantheon.
It was well worth the money ( a Bargain over the new year period!) and I would stay there again/reccommend to friends.

Con solo medio giro de tuerca este hotel se podria recomendar, pero les falta ese medio giro. La limpieza en este hotel es muy mejorable, incluso pidiendo que se corrigiese la escasa limpieza que presentaba el cuarto de baño, decidieron no hacerlo. Por otra parte una única persona del hotel era bilingue y con dificultades,(el propietario).Lo dicho, lo barato sale caro.

The bathroom was clean, which I can't say about the carpet in the bedroom.
The wall paper was very dated. I was lucky for the first 5 days, as there were no one in the room next to mine. When someone moved in I could hear clearly every sound from my neighbours? room, which was rather disturbing when they were coming back at about 2am.
Apart from that my stay was quite pleasant.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly! the only negative aspect was, that the reservation over clickbed didn't get to the hotel! we had to make a new reservation at the reception in the hotel! So be careful!

The bath was very little. Friendly workers. Not so good cleaning. Towels were very old. Price was ok. Good location which lead to easy transportation.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very very nice. The hotel will be a big problem if you are a light sleeper because the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything in the next room.
