Hotel muy sencillo, tipo hostal pero muy céntrico en la zona de Istiklal Caddesi (zona comercial, en el barrio de salir de copas). Las habitaciones de la parte de atrás son más silenciosas que las de delante (hay una calle bastante grande muy transitada por coches en la parte delantera); está muy limpio, la gente del hotel es muy servicial y la estancia fue bastante buena. Lo recomiendo por limpieza, atención y buena ubicación. El precio no es tan barato en comparación con alojamientos equivalentes en España, aprox. 50 euros noche la habitación, pero Estambul es caro en tema hoteles.

Arrýved early and was able to checkýn wýthýn 30 mýns once room was cleaned. Frýendly staff. Free ýnternet

wirklich freundlich und sehr sauber. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstück ist dürftig, aber dennoch alles im grünen Bereich. Die Lage ist klasse im Zentrum Istanbuls.

The only thing is horribe is that only one person speaks english and he is not there all day of course, so the communication was soooo hard !!!
Also, the breakfast is poor ! they don't even tryb to change, for 7 days, I had to eat the same thing every day so I skiped few days !

Estuve alojandome en el Seref por negocios durante 4 noches y no hubiera podido encontrar sitio mas adecuado. El director, Mr. Ferhat, incluso llegó a cambiarme de habitacion dandome una doble en el cuarto piso al precio de una sencilla, para siquiera escuchar los ruidos (ya en si muy modestos) que llegaban de la calle al primer piso.

Excellently located private hotel. I definitely feel like recommending this hotel to anybody who doesn’t want to stay in Sultanahmet. Moreover, when I first arrived it was in the dead of the night and the staff was super-helpful.
