The hotel is small but the rooms are very good and clean. It is in the Sultanahmet area where you found the most historical monuments of Istanbul. I've read the comments before and now I can say it was a good option.

Bed & Breakfast davvero simpatico. Il personale è di una gentilezza eccezionale, le stanze sono luminose, il giardino è un’oasi di pace. Lo raccomando fortemente.
