La personne à la réception n'était pas du tout sympathique. De plus, il semblerait que notre réservation n'avait pas été faxée et la même personne n'a même pas voulu nous laissé passer un coup de fils. Il nous a dit qu'il n'avait rien à voir dans tout cela et de nous arranger avec nos problèmes, et ce même si nous avions notre réservation d'imprimée et que celle-ci apparaissait sur le site de click bed. Il n'a été d'aucune aide!
Il nous a offert de louer une chambre plein prix (le double), mais nous disait que même si click bed confirmait plus tard la réservation qu'il ne nous rembourserait pas.
Donc un conseil, n'y allé pas! D'autant plus qu'il y a des dizaines d'autres hôtels tout près.

A part l'emplacement qui est vraiement comode et proche, les problèmes rencontrés étaient au niveau de la vétustée:
la cuvette des Wc vissée de travers, même aprés l'avoir signalé et aprés réparations+les robinets du lavabo de la salle de bains étaient pas fixés, on est loin de la qualité des mitigeurs , la douche faisait du bruit ...
les couvre lits étaient sales...les petits déjeuners ne donnaient aucune variété, même pas de marmelade d'orange...
on a demandé à avoir du poridge ....ces Anglais ne semblaient m^me pas connaître ce que c'était...
servi jusqu'à 9 heures, si l'on dépassait de 5 minutes, on n'était plus servi...
ensemble assez moyen

OK, but not good. They didn't have safety box in the room, although they advertised that. Breakfast was fairly good, but not great. Location was pretty good, a few minutes walking distance to two tube stations (Lancaster Gate and Paddington). Cleaning was mostly good, but one cupboard was dirty. TV was very small.
