04/05/2012 Niente da dire........con quello ke si paga non si può chiedere di più.....è messo in un posto strategico con l'accesso a una delle linee della metro più importanti della città........sè si può citare un unico inconveniente la strada dove è posto è molto trafficata anche di notte!!!! 19/04/2011 Il Chelsea-house è un B/B in un ottima posizione, vicino ci sono : la fermata del metrò, dei bus, supermercati, ufficio postale, bar , pub ... Lo stanno ancora ristrutturando, quindi ti può capitare di sentire odore di pittura.....ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, noi ci siamo trovati bene!!!! 09/11/2010 This is not a B&B, they do not know anything about English breakfast, they must be reassessed. Location is perfect, close to Underground but workers are not gentle or kind with clients. 17/02/2010 SURPRISE EN ARRIVANT, reservation de deux chambres pour deux personnes ont été changées en une chambre pour 4 personnes. Très faible chauffage au 3eme étage, sans ascenceur (au mois de février !!) mise en place d'un petit, très petit chauffage d'appoint mais qui ne fonctionnait pas, eau pour la douche bien chaude mais pas de pression. 26/01/2010 Este feedback dice respecto al hotel en Londres The Chelsea House Hotel. La primera noche nos han dejado en una habitación sin calefación e con baño fuera de la habitación. 20/01/2010 C'est l'emplacement qui fait accepter l'hotel. Contrairement aux autres utilisateurs, je n'ai pas eu de souci de douche, de petit déj, de draps douteux. Les gérants sont de bonne volonté et gentils. Le problème est le manque d'insonorisation, le bruit de la rue, la vétusté qui donne un côté sordide. 10/11/2009 Despite a lot of bad reviews, I really think this hostel has a good price/ quality! If you pay so less you must not expect too much. But our room was clean, we really liked the bed, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect (especially for that price!) If you want that everything is perfect you just have to look for more expensive hotels. I would really recommend this hotel for couples or a group of friends. 04/10/2009 The room (in the basement) was not cleaned in three days and smelled, which was proved by various spiderwebs etc. Pictures do not resemble reality. Breakfast was dreadful and did not consist of more than 2 slices of dry toast. After one afternoon i was outside, the toilet seemed to have been used by hotel staff. However, the receptionist was nice and helpful and the price was good. Nonetheless, I would not come to this "hotel" again. I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Groups of friends

31/08/2009 Cet hôtel B & B est vieillot et pas entretenu. Le personnel est serviable. Le linge de lit était potable, par contre les serviettes de toilettes étaient douteuses. Quant au petit déjeuner, c'était simple mais suffisant. Sa situation est bonne, à 5 minutes de Earl Court Underground, donc facilités pour visiter tout ce qui est intéressant à Londres. Nous avons eu la chance de dormir côté jardin qui par ailleurs serait mignon si quelqu'un le rendait attrayant. Pour le prix perçu et la situation du B & B. on peut dire en conclusion dire que c'est raisonnable. Pour ceux qui aiment le confort, la propreté s'abstenir! 29/08/2009 Wir waren vier Tage in diesem Hotel. Ich würde es schon als ziemlich gammelig beschreiben. Die Wände blätterten ab, genau wie die Fensterrahmen, der Kühlschrank hatte Rostflecken, die Handtücher fransten aus. Trotzdem war es sauber. Das Bad war super und relativ neu. Das Frühstück war halt Kontinental, das ist aber auch angegeben, daher darf man sich nicht drüber beschweren. Im Frühstücksraum stand ein Computer mit Internetanschluss zu freien Benutzung, das fand ich toll. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war sehr unterschiedlich. Die jüngeren Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer bemüht zu helfen, während die älteren Mitarbeiter oft recht brummig waren. Die U-Bahn Station ist recht nah, auf dem Weg liegt auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir sind nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel gegangen, dafür ging es, einen wirklichen Urlaub würde ich allerdings nicht dort verbringen wollen. 27/07/2009 Non sarebbe stato malissimo, come zona è molto buona, vicino alla metro, in una posizione sicura, si può rientrare anche a piedi la sera senza problemi. Due punti critici sono: il numero ridotto di tavoli e sedie adibiti alla colazione, sono troppo pochi per far sedere tutti gli ospiti, che devono aspettare in piedi diversi minuti prima che si liberi un posto per sedersi e fare colazione! Inconcepibile! Una mattina ho atteso quasi 15-20 minuti in piedi per poter mangiare due fette di pane e marmellata! La sala è sufficientemente grande da poter aggiungere ALMENO 3-4 tavoli in più!! Un altra cosa che ho trovato sconcertante era la quantità di coccinelle presenti nelle stanze da letto, ce n'erano almeno una ventina, vicino alle finestre, che camminavano lungo il bordo delle tende e svolazzavano in giro. Una cosa disgustosa! Meno male che sono coccinelle e non ragni o scarafaggi, ma comunque ci vorrebbe una disinfestazione!! I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Spending a weekend

22/07/2009 Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sauber. Sehr gute Lage in schönem Quartier. In unserem Zimmer top-modernes Bad. Frühstück eher einfach, aber für diesen Preis sehr anständig.
