Très bon emplacement, proche des centres d'intérêts londoniens. Chambre TRES petite, mobilier vétuste dont un lit au confort un peu juste, petit déjeuner correct sans plus (café soluble pas très bon).
Le prix raisonnable pour Londres et l'emplacement à deux pas de Hyde Park, proche d'Oxford Street et des bus pour aller partout justifie ce choix sans regrets, même si un peu plus de luxe et de confort (dimensions de la chambre) seraient préférables. L'insonorisation est médiocre, mais la rue tranquille.
En résumé bon choix pour une ou deux nuits.
A noter d'excellents restaurant libanais très proches, bon accueil et "french spoken"

Nous n'avons peut-etre pas eu de chances mais nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre au niveau du basement. Donc quasiment pas de fenêtre, juste une horrible lumière du plafonnier et la chambre à coté de la salle de petit déjeuner, d'où beaucoup de bruits le matin. Le petit déj était on peut plus frugal pour le prix. Sinon tout est très propre mais le rapport qualité/prix est assez mauvais comme à peu près partout dans Londres...

a quelques minutes de oxford street et hyde park.
chambre petite mais avec salle de bain comprise et petit dej pour 30euro la nuit par personne!(se renseigner selon la saison)
mauvaise isolation sonore mais très bien en "pied a terre" pour un week end shopping. a ce prix la on peux pas tout avoir! très bon acceuil.

we had a lovely stay at Griffin House. We found it very central for everything we wanted to do in London. the room was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful.

The accommodation is basic, but it's clean and the location just near Hyde Park and Marble Arch tube station is super. The security was super with someone being there round the clock. The staff were really friendly. There are lots of restaurants nearby - a really interesting Persian restaurant just around the corner.
For a short stay it is recommended!

Prima uitvalsbasis om london te verkennen. Dichtbij Oxford street, Hyde Park en metro/bus. Eenvoudige, kleine, maar schone kamers. Bed sliep prima. Lekker ontbijt. Goed te doen met kinderen (10, 11 en 12 jaar). Geen gelegenheid 's avonds nog bij elkaar te zitten, maar hiervoor zijn voldoende (koffie)barretjes in de buurt.

Very clean accomadition , ( Bed , Linen , Towels,) No In room radio or T/V signal. Friendly staff, Breakfast O.k But Not Great . Really good location with coffee Bars + Cafes in the same street + A Pub , 2 mins from Hyde Park + Marble Arch Tube .
