Sie Unterkunft war gut. Es war alles sauber. Das Mobiliar hätte ich schon längst auf den Sperrmüll gebracht.
Das Personal war sehr nett und auch entgegenkommend. Frühstück war ausreichend. Leider muß ich clickbed eine sehr schlechte Note geben, denn wenn der Flug erst um 20.00 Uhr geht, kann man nicht bis 18.00 Uhr in seiner Unterkunft sein. Unsererseits wurde es aber an clickbed mitgeteilt, doch sie haben es nicht weitergeleitet. Wenn der Chef des Hauses uns nicht entgegengekommen wäre, dann hätten wir (3 Personen) nachts um 23.30 Uhr ganz schön dumm dagestanden. Wenn man sich bis 18.00 Uhr nicht bei seiner Unterkunft meldet, dann wird sie einfach freigegeben. 2 Nächte haben wir dort verbracht und die dritte Nacht mussten wir dann woanders verbringen. Der Hotelchef hat uns eine Unterkunft besorgt und wir waren natürlich sehr erfreut darüber. Der Preis war fast gleich, jetzt eine Dusche mit auf dem Zimmer, wir wohnten jetzt im Keller mit Ausblick auf Müll und die Gardinen waren wohl 20

La ubicación es bastante buena. Al haber sido reformado las habitaciones están bastante bien, el desayuno es bastante aceptable pero el gran error son los baños (de las habitaciones que lo tienen), son enanos!! Reservé una habitación doble con baño incluido y resultó que al llegar no les quedaban habitaciones de este tipo, la primera noche la tuvimos q pasar en una habitación con cama de matrimonio pero al día siguiente nos reubicaron en la habitación correcta, conclusión: enviad el mail de confirmación y que os confirmen que dispondrán de la habitación que hayáis reservado.

Esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estacion de metro de Marble Arch, es muy céntrico. El autobus del aeropuerto te deja muy cerca del alojamiento.
El trato es bueno, lo único que no entienden muy bien el español, pero aún así nos entendiamos bastante bien.
Está todo bastante viejo, pero cuando nosotros fuimos lo estaban arreglando, por lo que igual tiene pinta de que acabará bien.
En general bastante bien, aunque nosotros solo lo utilizamos para dormir y ducharnos.

Está bien, el cuarto de baño es ínfimo (más pequeño que el de un avión). La calefacción está altísima y no se puede bajar, aunque si que se puede abrir la ventana. está muy bien ubicado.

I materassi fanno veramente paura, sono terribili.La colazione e di una tristezza aggiacciante.I bagni erano discretamente puliti. Lenzuole e asciugamani impeccabili,e locazione molto molto comoda.Silenzioso e tranquillo.

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana con niños pequeños. Solicitamos una habitación doble y una triple. La doble, situada en la planta baja y con aseo propio, estaba bien. La triple, situada en la buhardilla, y con baño compartido, estaba en bastante mal estado: las camas rotas y muy incómodas, no te permitían descansar. El mobiliario muy viejo y cutre, desconchados, etc...
El desayuno muy sencillo pero suficiente.
La ubicación, muy céntrica... se puede ir caminando a todos lados.

We had a very bad experience with the hotelowner. De room we had, didn't have a spare key! So, when we accidentally closed the door without taking our key with us, we couldn't get in! All of our luggage, money, pasport and so was in the room and the owner had no solution.. He wasn't very kind and very unhelpful!! So we had to sleep in another room, in our clothes, without anything of our own stuff!! The other day someone had to force the door, then we get our stuff back! Still, the owner was a very unpleasant man. He treated us like shit!!
Still, we had a great (shopping)time in Londen...de location of the Hotel was very good. But, by the way we were treated, we never go back again!

ATTENTION : l'évaluation sera différente suivant la chambre que vous aurez. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu une chambre au dernier étage, minable à la limite du SALUBRE. Nous avons demandé à changer et nous avons eu une chambre au second étage. "royale". donc mes commentaires ci-dessus correspondent à la seconde chambre. SURTOUT NE PAS PRENDRE DE CHAMBRE AU DERNIER ETAGE. Quant au petit dejeuner, c'est correct mais Ne pas s'attendre non plus a un véritable english breakfast. Pour infos, nous avions les chambres 7 (pour 2personnes) et 8 (pour 3 personnes)
En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, j'ai mis 5 car la situation de cet hotel est idéale pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques de la ville, à pied.

La ubicacion del alojamiento es buenisima. La habitacion en la que nos alojamos era doble y con baño privado era bastante pequeña y el baño de juguete, pero limpia y estaba recien pintada. Lo peor de todo el calooooor que hacia en la habitacion. El desayuno cutre. Pero realmente creo que relacionando calidad -precio estuvo muy bien.

La ubicación era muy buena, los colchones eran pésimos y los baños estaban a bajo cero puesto que la calefacción central no funciona. En las habitaciones había unos radiadores de aire que con tapones para los oídos podías llegar a conciliar el sueño. Somos jóvenes y nos salió barato pero no hubiera pagado más de las 19 libras que pagamos. Si estaba super centrico y también es cierto que el último día de estancia estaban cambiando los colchones así que ahora se estará de lujo.

El hotel está bien situado, próximo a lugares de interés. El hotel es viejo y no está muy limpio. El desayuno está bastante bien por el precio. Lo recomiendo solo a personas jóvenes que no tengan muchas manías y sabiendo que por ese precio no se puede pedir mucho más.

La reserva fue de dos habitaciones con baño completo y nos dieron solamente una y en el sotano. Nos dijeron que eso es lo que habia y punto, o lo cogia o lo dejaba. Fue patetico. El penultimo dia nos cambiaron la habitacion de sotano debido a una gotera grande que no sabian lo que era y me dijo que por seguridad nos cambiaba. En fin el hotel esta en malas condiciones y es una lastima pues podria estar bastante mejor cuidado, debido a que la situación es bastante buena.
