19/03/2010 as regards to the staff at the hotel were good services provided good .the room we had was on the top floor going up four flights of stairs not good if you suffer from any problems of the heart ect by the time you get there your nackered""" puffed out.. we were .. when we got to the landing of the room we had we noticed a musty smell damp sort of aroma. on going into the room this was more prodominent!! ours was a twin bed room . beds more suited to children with a fridge ,tv,kettle (didnt work} hair dryer not working. small sink no plug. towels one ea. boxed in to one end of the room is the shower and toilet that you enter via a door of about 16 inch wide no more very basic the problem getting in and out.. the area around the hotel is very noisy from traffic and aircraft noise, you need the window open at all times to keep the room fresh from the smell . this finally gets into all your clothes yes this place leaves you with a lingering reminder not to return. the only good thin I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: I would not recommend it Groups of friends Robert Sibley |

07/07/2009 We were very disapointed in the size of the room and the general state of the decor. It needed a coat of paint all around. Breakfast was very basic with one croissant, one pat of butter, one pat of jam and one round of toast served to each person at the table. There was also cereal which you helped yourself to. In its favour was the bed linen and towels which were white and very clean. If pushed we may stay again but I would prefer to pay a little more for better quality. I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Spending a weekend |

l'hotel est très bien situé ( à deux pas de victoria station où l'on trouve pub, magasins,...) les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont propres mais il n'y a qu'une douche ce qui fait que l'on doit attendre quelques fois. Les chambres sont propres, les lits faits. Dans l'ensemble je suis très contente de mon séjour.
