Dichiarano: "Le camere del London Shelton Hotel sono tutte dotate di TV, frigorifero, bollitore per tè e caffè e set da stiro. In ogni alloggio troverete anche un bagno privato con asciugacapelli..." In realtà nella nostra camera la TV non funzionava (cavi antenna spezzati!), il frigorifero non esisteva, ma solo un piccolissimo armadio in cattive condizioni, set da stiro? Dove? Asciugacapelli inesistente e nessuna presa di corrente in bagno. uova in camicia, fagioli dolci, pane tostato burro, marmellata, caffè o thé.
