11/05/2012 Nous avions entendus beaucoup de mal de l'hébergement sur Londres, et nous étions inquiets. Mais tout c'est très bien passé, et nous recommandons cet hôtel calme. Il ne faut juste pas avoir de problème pour monter les escaliers..Nous regrettons fortement le prélèvement du reste dû sur notre facture plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée, alors qu'une seule nuit devait être prélevée si nous ne venions pas. 10/05/2011 Le prix était très attractif, surtout que l'hôtel était situé juste à côté de Hyde park et à 2min de la station de métro de paddington et pour cause. On nous a mis dans une chambre au sous sol. La porte de la chambre se verrouiller mais avait beaucoup de jeu, et on a eu la chance d'entendre toutes les allées et venues d'une des lignes de métro. La chambre était apparement propre, mais la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Le petit déjeuner se passe de commentaire. Heureusement qu'on ne venait pas à Londres pour rester dans la chambre, malgrès tout elle nous a permis de passer une nuit à Londres pas trop chère et on saura pourquoi maintenant. 11/12/2010 Petite chambre avec petite salle de bains. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe c'est sur mais correct au niveau qualité prix pour les personnes a petits budgets. Aucun problème pour nous propreté chaleur accueil du personnel. Evident on peut toujours trouver des défauts mais vu le prix de la nuit sur londres il ne faut pas etre trop difficile comme semble l'etre certain. 04/03/2010 Hotel trés bien situé a Londres, puisqu'a seulement 2 min a pied de la station de metro Padington. Des prix trés interressants si reservation faite en ligne a l'avance. Ce n'est certe pas un hotel luxueux mais trés bien pour y passer la nuit. La nouriturre du petit dejeuner reste convenable. Une femme de menage fait les lit et la salle de bain tout les matin. Recomandé pour voyage touriste de quelques nuits, pour personnes ne voulant pas depenser une fortune dans l'hebergement ni rester toute la journée dans la chambre. 01/01/2010 Room was the only slight plus. It was basic and clean. Staff were unfriendly and only speak barely what they are asked to answer. We had to pay a deposit for the remote control for our room tv. However it wasn't even the one for it and all the buttons did totally different things. The breakfast room was tiny. We were 'shouted at' to stay outside in the hall and wait. Two other groups came after but they had their tables cleared for them first! Breakfast was all buffet as follows: Tea, Coffee, Bananas, Yogurt, Croissants out of a bag (those soft horrible copies), & eggs! No fry up. We had the luxury of being asked if we wanted toast! The waitress never spoke, worked in minus first gear and brushed all the crumbs off the table onto the floor where you had to sit. When we said we want to check out all we got as a reply was ok. I said see you and thanks and I got 'ok' At any price, big or small there is never an excuse for bad manners, lack of hospitality or any other cutting corners. 07/11/2009 Séjour de 3 jours à Londres. Emplacement très convenable dans un quartier traquille où les hotels regorgent, à 25 mn à pied de Picadilly. Mais l'hotel, bien qu'assez propre et avec un personnel attentionné, reste très moyen pour le prix payé (mais je n'ai pas pratiqué d'autres hotels sur Londres ou l'hotellerie est parait il très cher et n'ai donc aucune autre référence). Chambre de petite taille avec des sanitaires très moyens. De plus, problème de chauffage 2 nuits de suite. A noter enfin une différence de prix entre ce qui m'avait été annoncé sur le site (prix en ?) et le solde à régler sur place (en £) d'environ 20 ?, bien évidemment en notre défaveur. Les photos présentés sur le site embellisent quelque peu la qualité de l'hotel. En résumé, sans être un "piège" cet hotel reste très moyen pour un budget de 450 ? (2 chambres) sur 3 nuits. 12/10/2009 No english breakfast . Decor needs doing. Pictures on internet do not show how small the rooms are. Asked for a low floor for my disabled wife and was given one on the 3rd floor. I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Leisure or rest Douglas Yendle

27/08/2009 The decor in our room was very dark & dated. The wardrobe door did not close & kept squeaking open.The beds were not comfortable & had no base cover on them. A pile of dirty towels was left outside our door all day & over night. The only saving grace here was the location & the good breakfast!
