I would just like to say that our room was awful,there was no lock on our bathroom door,our shower wouldnt work and for some reason the waiter thought a bottle of wine would fix it,well it didnt.The sheets didnt look clean,the window,well I wouldnt like to open it incase I fell out,the latch was been held together with a go-go,The hotel itself was a fire hazzard,a door opening onto a stairs ridicilous.i would not if my life depended on it stay in that place again.we even payed for breakfast,but i would not eat there when i saw our bedroom.

realmente mal, creo que peor no pudo ser..., al llegar nos encontermos con un hotel de decoracion indu barata y vieja, un recepcionista con tejanos y cara sucisa.. la habitacion hacia peste a humedad, lo peor fue al llegar la noche, que asco nos duchemos con calcetines, pues la ducha estaba llena de pelos negros...uff, solo acordarme.. hacia frio, dormimos con las chaquetas puestas, y para no apollar la cabeza en el cojín pusimos ropa nuestra.. solo puedo decir que si este hotel tiene alguna puntuacion positiva es rotundamente falsa son puntuaciones que se ponen ellos, no me puedo creer que alguien salga satisfecho.. simplemente la gente no lo puntua y me quedo corta, las puertas no cerraban, la mampara tenia hongos, el edredon tenía sangre seca... logicamente solo dormimos una sola noche, las demas las pasemos en otro hotel justo delante y casi por el mismo precio..y que diferencia!!! ahora estoy intentando que no me estafen porque me han cobrado todas las tres noches, solo dormimos 1

Über die Zimmer kann man diskutieren, aber über die perfekte Lage und das super nette Personal nicht. Habe die Zeit im Whiteleaf genoßen und würde immer wieder kommen.

the best thing about this hotel is room size ,cleanliness and best part is location 2 metro stations at 1 min walk ,2 min to hyde park , city centre is so very close plus all day all night from near by bus stop, over all good , friendly staff members . i will visit again .

fantastic location close to hyde park .. 2 metro stations Queensway and bayswater 1 min walk from hotel makes easy to get around in city . good breakfast , friendly staff .. We coming again for sure !

The hotel is definitely recommended to everybody who love's and travel London because of there Location (perfect), services ,nice clean rooms Good price as per city center , Staff is really Nice and always ready for help .We had good time. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel is old and the particulars like windows, the toilet-bathroom, tv, and stuff like that are not very "nice", but if you just want to have a place very very near to the center (100 mt from bayswater station on the yellow circle line) where you can have a breakfast and cheap, that's waht you need.

worth it as 28 gbp about 56 us dollars listed on the website, but not at the real rate charged of 62gbp around 126.00 usd. breakfast is coffee and bread, every b and b i have stayed in all over usa and europe, is always a very nice breakfast.
room is extremely basic, bed, sheets, carpet, old but clean. bathroom, old but clean. shower old, clogged drain, broken tiles, old but clean. runs out of hot water around 9:00 every morning.
you decide. but i want go there again.

the Staff were very helpful and the rooms very basic, the 63 steps to my room was a little to far, and i wondered how an older or less fit person would manage, the last stairway was very narrow and difficult to get up. on the plus side the location was close to hyde park, shopping and tubes etc. The breakfast did not offer any choice of cereral and apart from tea, coffee there was no hot food available i thought a boiled egg would have been nice i was disappointed with the poor quality of the bread, which tasted cheap.

La habitacion estaba en muy malas condiciones,el enchufe de la tele estaba roto,el secador no funcionaba,la cama de matrimonio eran dos camas individuales juntas y cuando te tumbabas te hundias...la limpieza era muy escasa por no decir casi nula...Nos quejamos y no nos hicieron caso,tuvimos que volver a reclamar.
El desayuno muy escaso y dejaban muy poco tiempo.
Lo único bueno era la ubicacion que estabamos muy centricas.

Es una de las opciones más baratas para viajar a Londres y de estar cerca de todo. Por otro lado, la limpieza y las instalaciones no son ni siquiera adecuadas para pasar ningún tipo de control.

The value for money is not good.....we payed a lot but we had not good services: the cleaning was not well done and they changed the towels just twice (but we were there for 10 days)!!!...and we stayed without toilet paper for the last two days!! You pay the very good position (near Hyde Park and Notting Hill), but nothing more!! And what about the breackfast? It was quite bogus!!!
I travell a lot and I had more confortable experiences!!

el alojamiento era lo que yo esperaba. un sitio donde poder dormir despues de patear la ciudad todo el dia, esta muy bien situado junto a la estacion de metro de Bayswater, al lado de Kensington Park, el desayuno es un poco escaso (cafe, te, zumo, tostadas y cereales), los de recepcion son cordiales aunque ninguno habla español pero intentan ayudarte en lo que pueden, esta justo al lado de Notting Hill, en relacion calidad/precio es lo que yo estaba buscando para alojarme 4 noches

La camera non si presentava molto pulita dato che abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio, le poltrone erano sfondate e c'era un buco nella parete tra 2 letti. La prima sera usciamo e troviamo un ragazzo in manette con 2 poliziotti enormi che lo tengono. La cosa più divertente si è verificata l'ultima notte quando nella stanza vicino alla nostra è stato localizzato dalla polizia (squadre SWAT) uno spacciatore. Sono arrivate 5 teste di cuoio che hanno sfondato la porta. Il tutto è stato molto divertente x noi ma non una famigliola. Una qualità ce l'ha con così tanti problemi non ne fanno a te.

Though booked into the Whiteleaf Hotel, which was confirmed at the time of booking, I was diverted to a slightly cheaper hotel not too far away where the extractor fan in the shower/toilet room did not function.
Surely if a room is confirmed that is the room one should get in the Hotel of choice!

Gezellige sfeer, leuke plek vlak bij de winkelstraat oxford street, nothing hill etc..
Ontbijt stelde niet veel voor maar dat maakte ons niet uit. Goede service van de mensen van de B&B, erg aardig en attent.

orrendo tugurio con stanze minuscole e mobilio improvvisato. rumoroso, sporco, tenuto male, assolutamente da evitare e cancellare dalla lista dei papabili! resta tuttavia conveniente il prezzo (londra, si sa, e' londra!) e la posizione, sicuramente favorevole per lanciarsi nella visita della citta'. il personale riesce, nonostante tutto, ad essere gentile ed accogliente. sicuramente vale la pena spendere qualche sterlina in piu' in zone meno 'nobili', anche perche' con metropolitana, autobus e taxi si arriva ovunque.

rapport qualité prix insuffisant, lavabos fendus, coupure de courant fréquente, lits faits sans drap du dessus avec simplement une couverture (pas très nette) à même la peau et de plus un petit déjeuner minable et présenté sans respect d'hygiène (grand beurrier commun à tous les clients).

Se rompió la caldera y estuvimos sin agua caliente 4 días. No tenían ni servicio de mantenimiento 24h y nos dijeron que como era fin de semana que hasta el lunes no lo arreglarían (después de ir mintiéndonos desde el viernes por la mañana diciendo que al día siguiente quedaba reparado). De todas maneras, el hotel está bien ubicado, cerca del centro, con la linea central del metro (la roja) al ladito.

Dieses Hotel war im Vorfeld schon mit den reinsten Horrorbewertungen im Internet bedacht worden. Trotzdem haben wir es - auch aus finanziellen Gründen - mal getestet. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und eng, aber die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Es gab nur 2 Birnen in 5 Lampen und das Service -Personal war nicht sehr rege (das Bett wurde bei 5 Übernachtungen nur einmal gemacht, es wurde nur der Abfalleimer geleert und neue Handtücher hin gelegt!). Sehr freundlich uund hilfsbereit waren allerdings die jeweiligen Leute am Empfang! Auch der Wunsch nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurde erfüllt. Das Frühstück war ein Witz und das Geschirr schmutzig. Trotzdem, die Lage gleicht einiges aus und wer nur ein begrenztes Budget hat, kann hier einen preiswerten Londonurlaub machen! (Et war ja nicht alles schlecht!!!)

El hotel es una guarreria es lo peor!! no tuvimos agua caliente y nos cambiaron a una habitacion q tenia un ruido de las cañerias super fuerte y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Esta fatal.
