The Central Hostel London is about 5 minutes from the Bayswater station (lines Circle and District) and Queensway (line Central), that will connect you to the centre in 18 and 14 minutes respectively (Piccadilly Circus). The hostel also offers a free bus service from London’s Victoria Station between 8am and 8pm (you must ask for it by calling this number 07906 080 345 when arriving).
